I'm a regular customer and usually come here at least once a week. As part of my healthy eating journey, I tend to order the same wrap every time. Unfortunately, the consistency has really gone downhill. The portion sizes vary a lot -- sometimes too small -- and today was the worst. This was the most disappointing $15 I've ever spent on a bowl. For starters, the portion size is small for the price. Secondly, they gave me the incorrect order twice. I don't like cilantro, so I substituted the dressing and specifically asked for no cilantro. The first order came with dressing, despite my request. I again requested no dressing or cilantro, but it still came with cilantro. Also, the pound of cheese on top was the icing on the cake. Very cute little spot that my girlfriend and I discovered. We came here by chance as I first option was closed for the Super Bowl. Let me tell you that I'm super happy that we came here as the options were vegan, and the casher was very lovely at helping us pick our food options. I decided to get a salad with chili chicken. I glad the spicy level wasn't too spicy and just right. My girlfriend had the same as me as well, she too enjoyed her salad. Funny thing...as I'm seating outside enjoying my built bowl consisting of spinach, mixed greens, cucumbers, broccoli, tomatoes, corn, carrots, black beans, avocado and chili chicken topped with delicious garlic cilantro; a group of kids walking by and one asked what this joint was and the other kids answer was "like chipotle, but a healthier version" and I couldn't agree more. Washed it all down with a banana, mango ana strawberry with coconut water smoothie and I was a happy man. Fresh ingredients, many options especially for the vegan clientele but more generous with portions and also better pricing. This is my "neighborhood" Diced and have to say that on service alone I'm giving them a well deserved five stars. Even when I have come in 5 minutes before the closing of the dining room after a long day at "the cow field" I'll still get quality and friendly service. I'll be sure to get some pics next visit. You know the origin story - I first tasted them at a Broward Yelp event and have been able to enjoy their bowls at their Pinecrest location visiting friends in the area. They're a "paint by the numbers" place where you pick a protein, rice or greens, toppings and a sauce. I usually get their guava chicken, double portion, since it has the right blend of sweet and heat. But you will definitely get a spicy kick! They completely forgot an entire part of my order and didn't add any sauces on the side like I ordered and paid for. I paid extra for avocado smash in my bowl and there was hardly any in there. I just wasted $71 (with delivery fee) for food that was incorrect. To top it off I spoke with the manager who didn't even do anything to resolve the issue. After moving to FL from the UK, I've been on the look out for a healthy eatery with vegan options. When I entered this establishment, Diced, I was greeted immediately by the gentleman at the counter, Bryan. Bryan was very helpful. He informed me on popular dishes and all the vegan options. He assisted me on building my own wrap, which turned out to be delicious! The restaurant was very clean and the friendly attitudes of the staff made the atmosphere comfortable and pleasant to eat in. This is good lunch spot when you want to eat healthy. All ingredients are fresh and you can build your own bowl, salad or wrap. Prices are reasonable considering the portion size is quite large. Good healthy options. Unfortunately their food isn't consistent or good for those with dietary needs or different diets. As a pescatarian, I usually come here for lunch or dinner for a nice bowl since they have a lot of good toppings and veggies. This location although it's closest to me, it never fails - my bowl is always messed up. Poor quality, low portions, or wrong ingredients. I order a simple and almost plain veggie bowl. My protein are the beans so I'm always hopeful that they follow what other Diced locations follow, extra beans/chickpeas or good portion. I have given them many opportunities, online orders, delivery with DoorDash, and ordering in person. Wish they were all on the same page. read more

The best place for salads! I ordered through ubereats this time around but usually I'll pick up my salad at the restaurant. I absolutely love their salads and my favorite part is that I get to load my salads and bowls with as many veggies as I want and there's no extra fee for the veggies. What I love the most is that they offer a bowl option, burrito option, as well as salads. I get excited when I am able to choose between the pro, Tien, and the base and add-ons. During my recent visit, I got the bowl with lettuce, smashed avocado, quinoa, they are tasty, sweet and tangy, chipotle, chicken, corn, veggies, and their mixed secret sauce. This was my first time trying the Miami Lakes location. I loved the inside of the place, the food was delicious, and their staff is amazing! They were all so nice. I had a bowl: steak, rice, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, avocado, and I got the beans on the side, and of course I had to have it with their garlic cilantro sauce that I love so much. I also ordered a side of chips and pico, it was my first time trying their chips I really liked them. The pico was a little too spicy for me but I'm really sensitive to spicy foods so don't go by me on this. I love how clean the place was and they have a sink right by the sodas which I think is a great idea. I'm so glad I have this location close to me. I'll definitely be going back often. read more
