What a waste of money. This is the worst. My sister only drove 12 minutes from the time she left Hemet. The pizza was soggy and horrible. There was zero flavor, or salt, in the dough and it tasted like paper. The tablespoon of sauce they put on it serves no function as there isn't enough of it and, much like the dough, it had absolutely no flavor. I have never before gotten pepperoni or sausage on a pizza that was completely tasteless. The pizza looked like it was cut with a plastic knife. We had to tear the pizza. These pizzas were not cheap and even if they were free, I'd ask for a refund. I would rather eat Little Caesar's than Blaze Pizza. Horrible horrible horrible. read more

When they first opened I really enjoyed this place, I used to order from them quite frequently throughout the week even through DoorDash or online where a third-party delivers your food to you. But as of late it seems like they have gotten sloppy, lazy, the customer service has gone way down. I have seen a lot of new faces in there that I have not seen previously, I'm not sure what happened to the original employees but they were always kind and helpful, I always left feeling great about my experience and wanting to come back for more. But my last 4 orders have all been a disaster. DoorDash had refunded two of those orders and giving me partial credit on one, the last one I completely just gave up on because I don't understand how there is a description of a pizza with specific items, and when you order that pizza you're missing the items in the description! And whenever you call you can't get a hold of anyone, you have to go through the call center and if they can't get through to the store you're basically shit out of luck and better cross your fingers your toes and your eyes and pray to God that your food does not show up burnt, soggy, cold, oily or incorrect. read more

the worker bump the pizza holder. 3 pizzas drop onto the floor before they were cook, 1 was mines, 1 was the person behind me and 1 was a person 2 people in front of me, it took a min for the workers to figure out which pizzas had fell, the lady behind me pizza was remade 1st then mines and then the person who was 2 in front of me. They should have cooked them in order, they also made the peoples pizza who were in line vs jumping the line and remaking the pizzas, I took home one cold pizza and my 2nd hot pizza was burnt, I just gave up once I saw it was burnt , I didn't want to wait again, no drinks were offered while we waited no Apologies were made, I'm very disappointed in service tonight, normally this is not the case, guess it's time to take a blaze break read more

I originally wasn't going to write this review, but I have now had a bad experience the last two times we've ordered from here. We usually order from the Blaze app and pick up. The first time they completely lost our order and my husband waited for almost 2 hours for our pizza to be ready from the time we ordered. To top it off, they didn't even include the correct toppings we selected. Now this second time has been an absolute pizza disgrace. Our topping were not correct again but to make matters even worse, they dumped salt ALL OVER our pizzas. I still support the menifee location, but I will no longer be ordering from this hemet one. read more

First time trying blaze pizza. My wife and I went into the store mid-morning to look at the menu and ask about prices etc. Friendly staff told us the 2-item pizza was $8.50 and the high rising crust another $2.55 so around $11. Also asked if we could have different items on each half as my wife like vegetarian and was told no problem. Placed an order over the phone for dinner and was told the Pizza was $13 plus dollars. When I went to pick-up the order, I asked why the price was higher than we were told. Response was that we ordered 4 toppings, 2 different on each side. Really? So, we paid for 4 toppings even though we only had two on each side. Our long time previous to go pizza place seem to realize they should only charge for what it actually on the pizza and not the phantom toppings missing on each side. Blaze charges for what you don't actually get. Great pizza but I'm not willing to pay for something that is not on the plate. read more

Wish i could give 0 stars! Horrible Horrible service!!!! Staff is completely rude and unprofessional. Went here on 3/5/21 to pick up a curbside order and when i called the curbside number i couldn't get ahold of anyone so i had to go inside and get it myself. When i got inside my pizza was barely going in the oven when i received a email that it was ready. So i waited another 25 mins for my order and finally got the pizza. I went home to eat and both of my pizzas were completely wrong and soggy as well as a big piece of HAIR in my pizza. I love this pizza however this experience wasn't the best. I ordered curbside and it stated my order would be ready in 15 minutes and I arrived 21 minutes later. The employee stated it would be a few minutes. I wanted another 19 minutes for my order. And when I asked why did it take so long she stated that they were extremely busy. So I guess ordering curbside doesn't mean you won't wait. And they gave me a burnt pizza. read more

This was my first time at this blaze Pizza location. Unfortunately the experience was below subpar. I had placed a online order for pick up and not only was order incorrect but the staff decided to argue with me about the pizza and also initially refused to correct the pizza. I proceeded to speak to the supervisor on duty which unfortunately that was a poor experience as well between the excuses and also the laughter. When I had shown that I was extremely frustrated. In all between the poorly made pizza, the attitude of the associates, and the supervisor on duty that not only laughed and made excuses for the poor product I will never go to this blaze pizza again nor would I ever recommend going there with poor service and burnt food. read more

Customer service was okay. I love that I can go spend $10 on a good size pizza with lots of veggies. I get the build your own pizza with lots of stuff on there or the half pizza half salad. The options are pretty nice for veggies including basil, roasted garlic, spinach, pesto sauce, kalamata olives and the oregano and sea salt at the end is a nice touch. Good pricing compared to other places that have less good pizza, less toppings and smaller for the price. However I don't like that they don't have straws, salt, pepper, or plates. I was able to make due with a dirty pizza tray the guy handed me instead of a plate. But like if you're sharing food, it's kind of annoying not to have something other than napkins to put your pizza on or just hold it.. so I also didn't have pepper for my salad which changes the dynamic of a meal, but still made due. And the straw thing is kind of annoying when you take your drink to go and have to drive in the dark at night with no straw. Just a preference but I don't like those sippy lids. If it's for the environment or cost effectiveness plastic is plastic, but for convenience of customers giving business it's not nice to be missing those staples! read more

Great service and the best tasting Blaze I've tasted to date. I live in Vegas and we have quite a few Blaze locations out there but not only did this Blaze taste better, they also provided the best service I've had from any location. The owner made us feel right at home as soon as we came in until the time we left. Went in for lunch and was greeted immediately. Fast, friendly and helpful with ordering. Chicken pizza was tasty and the crust was crisp and not tough. Pesto and cheese breadsticks with marinara sauce were delish! Topped it off with a warmed brownie that was drizzled with olive oil....heaven! Restaurant kept clean and tidy, good atmosphere. We called in a pizza, which was one of the easiest: large pepperoni. When we go there I went in to get my pizza. We were greeted well, then was asked what we would like. I said I called in an order and they took my name, gave me my pizza, and gave me a good bye and drive save to home. We got home and opened the box; pizza looked a bit burnt. My fault, should have opened box to view the pizza before I left the shop. You just expect that a pizza place would have that down to send out a good product each time; considering that is what the business is all about. We saw that the bottom of the crust was burnt more on one side than the other, but decided to make a go of it. No taste at all; maybe a little from the grease from the pepperoni. Lifted up the cheese and saw very little sauce. Too many pizza places in town to even try this place again. Lived in Hemet, Ca for almost 20 years, and in all of the times we have purchased pizza; never had a bad one like this one. No place has ever " murdered" a pizza pie like Blaze Pizza did with this one. Customer service was very good at 5;00pm on a Tuesday. No social distancing in the store with 10 people waiting for their pizza's. Four stars for customer service, but I will give one star for the pizza. read more
