First things first the food was above average but the reasoning behind my mediocre review at best was the service. We (Sasha(my friend) and I) had come to see our friend Isaac who had just been hired and to try out the food wince it had been a while. The problems with experience started off with taking my order. #1 The employee taking my order asked me for the order name, where I stated my name and spelled it out "R-U-D-H-R-A" due to it being a harder name than most people have. The employee asked me to repeat myself which I did. Then he incorrectly says "R-D-R?" I once again state my name and spell it out. He then says "alright." But come to find out my order gets called as "Rudin" where it had been spelled "R-u-d-h-r-n." #2 The next employee who was working the veggies section when you build your own pizza, I had asked "some Banana peppers please" he then proceeds to add bell-peppers. I once again repeated myself and he adds red peppers. Then once I repeat myself the 3rd time he starts removing bell-peppers and red peppers, but to not create any inconveniences I stated, "It's fine." Finally adding the banana peppers. #3 Then I asked for some of their cut cherry tomatoes where once I received my order had been reduced to only 1 cherry tomato that had been spilt in half. #4 My friend who came with me had his name called by the same worker to receive his food. After waiting a few minutes he returns where he tells me the employee stated " Sorry I misspoke it was for Tasha." This overall was my blaze experience. This is the second time it's happened first time I chalked it up to it being a Friday and crowded. Today is also Friday only two people in line, The girl who attended me was nice but doesn't make up for the bad pizza. Just save your money and go somewhere else. OK, it is Pi day, and I have never tried Blaze Pizza before. I had no idea what to expect because I've learned that all pizza places are kind of the same. Not so! I've been to Blaze Pizza several times but this was my first time at this location. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We ordered a build together own pizza and some cheese bread. The girl working the counter was super sweet and built my order according to my desires (including extras). While eating, we were greeted by what I assume was the owner. He was super friendly. Another kid that was in the restaurant somehow locked himself into the bathroom. They got him out quickly and he was crying. The owner asked one of the girls to get the kid a smore cookie to make him feel better. I also observed the owner talking to a police officer and thanked him for her service and for coming to his place as well. I sent my daughter and her boyfriend to pick up pizza they ordered on line. When they arrived, they were ignored, while other customers were greeted and waited on. The order was wrong, the desert was not there and the drinks were not ready. When the staff was questioned, the cookie was slammed on the top of the pizza box. When the brought the pizza home it was quite charred on the bottom. I do understand a fire oven, but you could taste the burned crust. Disappointing at best. I absolutely love Blaze Pizza! The pizzas are a generous size, and I like how you can customize them. I usually get a pizza with chicken and several vegetables such as basil, red onion, and black olives, and I find it to be tasty. The standard crust is also really good, which isn't always the case when it comes to other pizzas. I also recommend that you try their dough knots. They're hot and oh so delicious. The price for the pizza is also very reasonable. I've only been to this location once so far, and had a good experience. I ordered my pizza online, and didn't have to wait too long for it to be done. My order was correct, and every topping I asked for was on the pizza. The staff is really friendly and the interior appears fresh and clean. However, I do wish this location had curbside pickup. Other locations, such as the one in Menifee, have curbside pickup, and during this COVID era it is something I value greatly. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this location. So this was our first time coming here since this blaze location opened decided what the hell let's give it a try. We usually do like blaze pizza so far on the locations we have tired. They have not disappointed. I know with everything going on in the world right now with covid places being understaffed and employees bring over worked. I get it, this sucks. But I mean come on now Blaze pizza as a corporation not just on this location. If a location of yours is understaffed and you don't have enough worker power to cater to your walk in customers and your on app customers. You need to freeze/STOP the on app ordering feature for this location till you are able to get enough workers to cover all that. Cause let me tell you this place was sooooooooo freaking nasty. First off I understand the kids working were trying their best, I know they were especially the girl cooking the pizzas she was busting her ass sweating and running around trying to not only cook and give orders out but trying to complete those in app orders and the young manager poor girl was dealing with some anger word customers, and I must say she handled them pretty well. There was another worker a young guy doing the dough, now he not so much hustling like the other employees, his hair was down, not back in a ponytail like employees with long hair should, just tossing it around well getting the dough and flatting it with the machine. I knew the moment I seen this it was a disaster in the making because with him tossing his hair like that of course eventually his hair will end up in the dough and sure enough got both our pizzas and what we find HAIR COOKED INTO OUR PIZZA! And this guy was even going out touching other customers, rubbing is nose and then going back to making the dough and not even washing is hands before returning back to work. I mean come on man your handing food, fucking hygiene 101, that's how you get ppl sick dude. Even if you are wearing gloves when handling the food, still wash your DAM HANDS!!! When picking out your toppings on your pizza all the toppings were so badly mixed together, the young manager was helping us with getting our pizzas together she had to toss out some of the toppings because everything was so badly mixed into it. The place itself, I had to say was one of the most dirtiest Blaze pizzas I have ever seen. Like I said I know they were most definitely understaffed here I can tell for it being my first time here at this location. But come on Blaze corp stop fucking overloading your understaffed locations, cause this is how you get bad reviews on your places. So either stop your on app order and only allow walk-in orders till you can get enough employees!!!!! and teach them about sanitation and hygiene again cause it seems like some of them forgot these rules when working in a place of handling food. So I usually hate writing bad reviews, but in this case this place deserves this review. My boyfriend and I are regulars to this particular Blaze, but after the experience we just had I don't think we will be coming back, which is shame. It only takes one bad experience to leave a customer not wanting to come back. So this is what happened, we came in to order our usual order. My boyfriend likes the high rise dough and we were told that they were running low on dough so we couldn't order it. At first, we were like okay, no worries, we will come back another day. Well to prevent us from leaving, the guy said he would do it. Then one of the female workers comes over and tells him no, he cannot do that, then proceeds to say that they need the high rise dough for the online customers. So basically!! You are saying an online customer is more important than a person who is in the actual store and is a regular? If you have it for online then you should be able to do it in the store. That is not customer service, you don't basically tell a customer rudely to their face that online customers take priority over them. I love this Blaze. I come here with my family all the time and they always make my pizza exactly how I want it. There is obviously a little bit of a wait due to the nature of the restaurant, but the staff is happy to help their customers and always incredibly friendly. My personal experience at the Hemet Blaze Pizza location was very pleasant. There was virtually zero wait time to dine in; I assume because it was a holiday (July 4th). The staff was friendly and courteous when taking my order and anytime I had any interaction with them. I ate on the patio to enjoy the weather, and the pizza was delicious. I got the 11" Red Vine, which I feel is their take on a classic Neapolitan or Margarita style pizza. The crust was thin and crispy, but not over cooked or burned at all. The sauce was good with a natural tomato flavor. It could have been just a little bit hotter, but it was a very solid pie for sure. On the way out the staff was very gracious and wished us a good holiday. The place gets good marks in my book. read more

I have only come to this blaze a few times but it's always something and today was the worst. The first time i put my order in through the app and when i got there to pick up my order it was burnt and I had to wait for them to make the order over. Today I put in a order through the app at 7:09pm did not leave the house until about 7:20pm made another stop. Received notification my order was ready at 7:24pm, just to get there and wait until 7:50pm for my order. I put the order in early bc i was picking it up on my way to work. Waiting for this order almost made me late for work. When i walked in to the pick up area and didn't see my order the employee was still making it and it wasn't even in the oven. I feel like they completed the order just for stats. To top it off my order was not even right. I requested cheese be added after toppings were added and it wasn't. It's nice to have Blaze Pizza in town. I love their thin crust and the build your own option. They also have both keto & cauliflower crust options. A very large selection awaits you to create the perfect pizza or you can choose from their suggestions. I mixed mozzarella, ricotta & goat cheese along with a few meat options. For me, always enough to take home .. and they have s'mores which get heated in the pizza oven. So good. The patio is now open and it was so nice not to have to pick up and take it home to eat. There were too many issues to count. First off if you zoom in on my picture you can see one of the many burnt pizzas that they were serving people. The first photo shows the absolute lack of proper policy during COVID. It was overly packed. The third issue was the attitude from the staff when I asked them to remake the pizza that they incorrectly made. I paid for additional toppings and they left all of them off. Blaze isn't being run correctly and it was a shit show. People were upset and being served burnt food and they just couldn't pull through. I am aware that Covid is among us and that a lot of young people work there. The lack of training and the attitude from these employees people is what upset me. I will not be going back. read more

This place just opened and I couldn't believe the service I got. The food was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Plus they have beer...can't go wrong. I even ordered one of their take home kits! It was super fun for the kids. You can choose multiple toppings and the kit comes with dough and any style sauce you want. Our favorite is the spicy sauce. I'd definitely recommend this place to family and friends. We even met the owners super nice people. You can tell they take pride in their business.
