I can't believe that this is owned by Cheesecake Factory! It did not disappoint, the friendly cashier at the counter was very helpful. I followed her recommendation for the Forbidden Rice bowl that feature black rice and sautéed crisp veggies. I opted for the blackened tofu protein that was sliced seasoned tofu which complimented the bowl. Oh, I asked for the chili hot sauce to be on the side so I could control the heat. Very good, it was enough for 2 meals for me. Bathrooms were clean and the staff were wiping down the tables with spray which is a good sign. Typically, I avoid chain restaurants. However, this fresh concept is a very yummy surprise. I hope it retains its concept and not become diluted like other chains that shall not be named.. ( Panera, Corner Bakery...)

Additionally, I purchased the Kale Caesar salad as I've been on a long hunt for an all-Kale Caesar salad. Thankfully, social media led me to try this place. The customer service was excellent.
