What hasn't been covered in our contract that you'd like to have addressed was their last question. I told them a few cleaning items I didn't book at the time/day I set the appointment. No complaints from them. I stepped into my home office, closed the door and went to work. All I heard was Cleaning..., When I stepped out, my home was immaculately cleaned. All appliances/kitchen, wash room, bedrooms, bathrooms.... We keep a clean house, but this team made it over the top. I'm having my brother and sister in law spend the weekend with us and can't be so pleased with the job that was preformed. It's hard to find great service. I found it and they Have a New Client I have new Stainless Appliances in the kitchen that are only 9 months old. They cleaned it like the day they were delivered. Bedrooms, furniture Highly Polished, bed comforters and pillows displayed like your find on your first day on a cruise ship. They even displayed my wife's stuffed bear on the bed. Bathrooms, I try weekly to keep them clean. My shower glass hasn't looked better in years. I give Class Act Cleaning Service my 110% recommendation. Traci (Owner) corresponded with me in a personal call as well as texting her services. Great Yelp Reviews, and I will add to her Yelp rating. Traci responded promptly and we scheduled an appointment for June 29 between 10:50 and 11:50 AM. Myria and her two-person crew arrived right on time and got straight to work. They came fully equipped with all their own materials and worked with impressive efficiency, deep cleaning every corner of my home over the course of 2.5 hours. I already keep a tidy house, but they took it to another level entirely -- it looks so good I want to take my shoes off just to walk on the floors! The whole experience was seamless from first contact to final result. Traci made scheduling easy, and Myria's crew delivered exceptional work. I highly recommend Class Act Cleaning to anyone looking for a thorough, professional, and reliable service. -- Alan, Trilogy at the Vineyards

I really wanted to keep using this service, but I had to fire them today after yet another…read morescheduling frustration. I've used them for both regular house cleaning and a move-out clean. On the positive side, the cleaning itself is decent, and the ladies who come to the house are always very nice and respectful. However, their punctuality and communication are major issues. They are consistently late - often upwards of 30 minutes. What makes it incredibly frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. They will wait until the exact time they are scheduled to arrive to tell me they are running behind, or they will say they are showing up "soon" and then take over half an hour to actually get here with absolute radio silence in between. This has wasted my time on several occasions and forced me to push back my own plans while waiting around for them to show up. If you have a completely wide-open schedule and don't mind waiting around, their cleaning is fine. But if you value your time and expect basic professional communication regarding ETAs, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I told her I wanted it mopped with a mop - they didn't have one! I gave them mine and told them I wanted my floors wet. They hardly dipped it in water so I knew I would have to remop when they left. They also wore shoes in the house the whole time. I don't even wear shoes in my house it's filthy! I remopped my downstairs alone and this was the color of the bucket when I was done - BLACK. Easy to say I will not be using them again. So disappointing Responding to the owners response - the team did NOT clean it three times that you claim. They wiped over it once if that with a 4x4 rag. My mop was not filthy so making false accusations wouldn't be ethical. We have cameras if you'd like to review them let me know I can post them on here ;)

This review is for carpet cleaning only…read more I got several quotes for carpet cleaning and decided to go with ALF because they were more affordable and had good reviews. Unfortunately I do regret this decision. There were several large spot stains left by former roommates that ALF was unable to get out of my carpet, which is unfortunate but understandable as those stains were quite old. What is not fine is that they ended up leaving many brownish splotchy stains on my upstairs carpet that were not there before! My upstairs carpet looks so much worse than before the cleaning. The upstairs carpet texture also felt "crunchy" after the cleaning, like there was chemical residue left in it. The cleaning also somehow surfaced a brown stain in the master bedroom carpet that was not there before. The service was also very meh. They missed their first appointment and did not even notify me until I asked about it and rescheduled to a different day. It ended up working out in my case, but might be inconvenient if you're taking off work or if you moved all the furniture already in anticipation of them coming. When finished, the techs told me the carpet would take 7-10 hours to dry when they left, but it actually took 24-48 hours. The techs also dumped DIRTY CARPET WATER ON MY LAWN?? Leaving large hunks of carpet fibers on the grass?? Excuse me. You could dump it somewhere where it might not kill a lawn. When contacted about the stains they left behind, the lady scheduled a free follow up (which again had to be rescheduled) and assured me that these were shampoo residue stains that could be removed. The techs came out again and spent 2 more hours working on the stains. I do appreciate the service, and feel bad for how much time and effort the techs spent but... it did absolutely nothing! The ugly stains are still there. They told me to pull the curtains and not to let the sun shine on it while drying, which I did, and also blew giant fans at the carpet to help it dry faster... nope, still splotchy and crunchy all over. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the downstairs carpets do seem mostly OK (except the new stain in master bedroom) and feel cleaner than before, and because they did schedule a follow up very quickly. But personally, I would never use this company again. Here's to hoping their other cleaning services are better than their carpet services. Take heed.
