We hired Blanca for my daughter quince. Everything turned out perfect. The dress was exactly what we were looking for, the decorations were gorgeous, and the food was delicious. I was a little worried at first because I do not speak spanish but they were so kind and had an interpreter there for me whenever one was needed. She listened to what I wanted, worked with my budget, and made it happen. Also their employees were very quick and professional on the day of the event for set up and clean up. When you own a business catering to public events customer service is a priority. This establishment doesn't understand that. Not only that, but the lady working with my family was aggressive; POKING them with needles during dress fittings. Dress quality was not very nice. They also were extremely unprofessional with another member of my family, MAKING HER FEEL HORRIBLE about her size. The multiple low star reviews are here for a reason, and the owners of this business obviously don't care enough to fix the issues they are commonly called out on. I came here to rent my sons suit for a Quincenera, I do not recommend this shop at all. When I returned the suit on Tuesday after the Quince was on Saturday they told me they were deducting $20 from my deposit because I should have retune it the next day which was absolutely not told to me nor was it in writing anywhere on the suit rental agreement. I asked her where is this written because no one told us this. She said they tell the mother of the Quince and everyone should have known. And because we didn't speak Spanish she said we must have not heard the lady tell us when to return when we were given the suit. I really think they don't tell people on purpose so they can pocket and extra $20 or even $40 if I were to wait one more day to return the suit. If the participants all returned even one day late that's $400 extra they are pocketing. I wish they would add this term into their rental agreement so we are clear and there's no surprises. read more

Take your business elsewhere if you're looking for professionalism, quality and respect. This lady lacks all three of those things. We rented tuxedo's from her for a 15. She didnt have them in until 2 days before the event. All of them needed alterations and she was upset not wanting to fix our stuff and also saying there would be a charge because they were last minute alterations. At the same time she also made comments about the guys being overweight and too old to be in a 15. Also she only returned half of our deposit because according to her we returned them late. We were told we had 2 days not 1. Not to mention the quality of her stuff is cheap!! read more

We called ahead to verify the store was opened, 10-5. When we arrived 5 minutes after the call, the salesperson sped off in her Jeep without acknowledging us and we were right outside the door! We returned about 30 minutes after the incident and, while it was finally open, she was eating leisurely with a friend. We marveled the beautiful dresses and she negated to help us. When we finally asked to try on a couple of dresses, she rudely told us we couldn't try them on because it was Saturday and they were expecting a lot of people and trying on dresses would take too long (mind you we were the only customers in the store!). The owner, Blanca is very rude and unprofessional. I order a glass set for my cousins 15. The price I was quoted seemed very high for the set. ($190) I still proceded anyway because I don't mind paying for a well done service and others craft. My mistake. When my cousin picked it up they started yelling at them because they were not wearing a mask. Okay their mistake but neither Blanca or her worker were wearing one. They proceded to over charge them by a few bucks. Still no biggy. They pulled out of the drive way and a few of the glasses fell off. I called the store to explain the situation and Blanca was extremely rude. Saying it was their fault because they were not carrying it properly. And that I wouldn't know because I was not present to see the pick up. Then continued to ask why i was calling instead of who picked it up. I wanna mention that throughout this call I could never get my word in. She kept talking over me. I also never asked for my money back, I just wanted a solution or some costumer service. She kept saying that she knows what shes doing and that the sets take 3 dots of glue to stick. Im not in this business but i would think a heavy glass flute would need more. Eventually she rudely asked "What do you want me to do? Because you are calling very upset for no reason." Im sure anyone her included would be upset if they paid a pretty penny for a half ass job. I ordered my daughter's quinceañera dress here back in March. Unfortunately because of the virus we have had the need to cancel. They will say that there's a $100 cancelation fee and then the rest is used for store credit only. I had been calling since March and you have to call and call and call and call again for them to pick up. I understand COVID-19 has put a hold on many businesses but it is really upsetting that they told me last week that they would try to do the cancelation and for me to call again this week and when I call I get this answer.. well I guess there goes my money's donation to a small business owner. This place I terrible would never recommend it I went in there to buy a crown and the worker told me fifty bucks, so I had the lady hold it for me as for a few days while I got the money. That weekend I went back to get the crown and then the some lady asked how much did I quote you? I said 50 dollars. Then she looked at the owner who was right there and said oh no this crown is over 200 dollars. I was so mad. Then she said but I will sell if to you for 140 I said no and walked out. Then I decided That the one I want so I'm going to by it. So went in to buy it the next day and then the lady changed the price on me again saying that it's special and it's 230. I let her know openly and honestly that she is completely unprofessional and needs to learn how to run a business. In return she continued to tell me that I have the worst attitude than the rest of the bridal party and that I need to learn how to be respectful. Please do not be upset when as a business owner, your job is to make sure things get done in a timely manner so things like this don't happen. The nice young lady that works in the front is super helpful and in my opinion should not have to deal with the things she goes through at this place but the owner is super rude. She overprices items and and will do whatever it takes to get you the leave right away. To her customer service is not important. If you ever have an issue with anything she blames it back to you and does nothing to help. The fact that she gave her business 5 stars and then proceeded to insult her customers by calling them "complicated and conflictive" take the advice from other REAL REVIEWS and take your business elsewhere if you care about great customer service and business. They ruined my cousins dress and still made her pay, keep in mind the dress was not bought at this location and was paid by my cousin elsewhere. When they tailored the dress they cut it too much and the dress basically went to waste. To top it all off they would not give it back to her unless she paid for the alteration fee which was not unjust since they ruined her dress and now is unable to be worn or returned. This place is AMAZING! They offer everything from wedding dresses to backdrops. After an unpleasant experience at David's bridal, we came here for bridesmaid dresses and that was the best decision ever. Since then, we've ordered 7 bridesmaid dresses as well as an elegant dress for my mom, AND they are also kindly altering my wedding dress even though it was purchased elsewhere. I've mostly dealt with Norma, and she's been excellent at her job. The owner, Blanca is also very sweet and helpful. One of my sisters will be having her wedding soon and will actually be doing everything through them. I highly recommend this place for any event you may need help with!! Went to Blancas Bridal the other day to get a dress, but they never opened. The sign in the door said they opened At 9:30am. Time passed still no one there to open. I noticed under the hours of operation that there was a phone number for assistance, so I called it. Surprise, no answer! Tried texting, and finally at 10:45am (i already left at 10am) I get a text back saying "yes at 11am." I responded why they didn't write that on the door for good customer service, and they never responded. I won't be going back. I wouldn't even give them one star, but since I have to so I can write this review I will! This place is a joke! My son is in a quinceañera (sweet 16 party) an he has to rent a suit. Usually the birthday girl chooses where u rent the tuxedos and they choose the color for their party! So we don't have a choice you basically have to rent it where they tell you to. So this place rented out a tux for 130 dollars including a 20 dollar deposit,that u don't get back! I said do I get 20 dollars back wen I return it? The guy said "no it's included in the rental" so I said that means I can keep this tux for 2 weeks an it wouldn't matter because my deposit is included? An he simply said umm no u have to return it the day after the party. Another thing they measured my son an did a fitting an when the tix came in it was too big! The hemed the legs but then the crotch part of the pants where at knees length. The suit was also yello an dirty around the collar an I mentioned it to the woman an she simply gave me a dirty look an blamed my son, she said he dirtied it wen he tried it on!! Really yellow though??? An the shoes omg they where older than dirt an looked like they where in a basement.. At least they had me come bak an re ordered a clean shirt an resized pants the shoes we simply had to take em as is. Her answer was they aren't goin to send new ones!! Wow!!
