Brides, if you found Tanisha, look no further! I knew she was the one from our very first…read moreconversation. As a meticulous, Type-A bride, I needed someone who understood my vision and attention to detail--and Tanisha absolutely did. We chose her full design and coordination package, and she went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was available to me night or day, always reassuring me whenever I had a concern or fear, and handled communication with all of our vendors seamlessly. Every little detail, from our tables and decor to the ceremony setup/breakdown was taken care of. Despite having a smaller budget, she brought everything I envisioned to life. On the wedding day, I didn't even have my phone with me. I walked in and everything was perfect. My husband and I spent the entire night in our own happy bubble & not once did we feel an ounce of stress. Most importantly, Tanisha is an exceptional person. Her character, personality, and dedication truly made the experience special. I genuinely feel like the value of her work was 10x what we paid for. Having Tanisha by our side gave us the freedom to actually enjoy our wedding day, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to any couple planning their wedding. She was truly the best decisions we made! My husband and I will forever be grateful to her for delivering our fairytale wedding.

I was disappointed that when I pointed out the wedding cake was not being served she dismissed me and said it was when in reality the caterer served it to his workers. also I had to go to her and ask why the bartender had not shown up on time. So it was a mixed bag experience. My daughter did alot of the planning with her and enjoyed it. So if I was to do this again I would be better at holding her accountable for certain things.

We had a bottle of rosé for the night and the food items we ordered were plenty for both of us and to take home. Received a complimentary tomato gazpacho from the chef while we waited for our meals to be brought out. I recommend the outdoor seating for the best views. The live music inside was also a nice touch. Food ordered: - 1/2 dozen blue point oysters - Sofia's parmigiana w/a side of spaghetti pasta - Linguine tutto mare - roasted zucchini w/balasamic glaze

I specifically ordered a Bulleit old fashioned and instead I received an old fashioned with house bourbon and applewood smoke. Not only was it not what I ordered but it wasn't very good! We were ready to sit at our table and I told the bartender we were moving to our table. He told us to close out before we leave the bar. I've never been asked this before at a fine dining restaurant. I've always had the bartender bring our drinks to our table and add the drinks to our bill. This wasn't a big deal but I expect better service at a place like this. Once at the table our server was great. He explained all the menu items and specials and was very patient with us as we decided what to order. We settled on the chicken parm with linguini and short rib filled ravioli. The chicken parm was great! The pasta wasn't. The texture and flavor of their fresh pasta was very underwhelming. The ravioli was good but the short rib filling was blended and mushy which I didn't like. There were a few other issues with the service. When our food came they hadn't clears the other plates on the table from the bread which we had to pick up and move. They also didn't set the plate with the chicken correctly on the table and had the chicken farthest from the seat. Little things that would be ignored at less expensive restaurants but if I'm paying ridiculous prices I expect ridiculously great service. I don't eat at fine dining restaurants often and if I'm spending a lot of money it better be a great experience that creates a lasting memory. The Grandview failed in that regard. I wouldn't recommend going here, in fact I told my colleagues not to go here either.
