The restaurant is located inside the hotel Leblanc , we had dinner there once and the staff was very friendly and very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious the chef did an amazing job and Omar the restaurant manager make sure everything was to it satisfaction. Even if you not staying at this hotel I definitely recommend it.

    Loved the atmosphere here!

Throughout our week here at the Le Blanc Spa Resort, we've opted to eat here on a couple of occasions. It's first come first serve, so try to avoid the dinner rush or you'll be waiting for over an hour. But versus their International restaurant, their Italian and French, I'd say this one is right in between them. Their Italian is tops, the International is horrible, but we'd rather eat here than the French restaurant. It's just our preference. +=+ Service & Dining +=+ ~ The service seemed to be on-point. We didn't ask for much, but the staff did come back to check on us from time to time. I hate tipping, but good service deserves it. So of course I tipped! C'mon now, I'm not that cheap. ~ Their dining area is really really really nice here! Sturdy hardwood tables and chairs. Clean and modern too. Fancy looking lamps, and lit up designs along the walls. Probably the best looking restaurant next to the Italian. =+= Appetizers & Plates =+= ~ Tuna tataki: Fresh tuna in yuzu sauce. Good stuff! But then again, I enjoy salty things! ~ Takoyaki Karaage: Eh, not what I'm accustomed to. They're little fried octopus fritters with a sweet and sour sauce. I didn't care for it. ~ Scallops in Wasabi sauce: Didn't care for this as well, but I scarfed it down quickly as the dish was just tiny. ~ Shoyu Ramen: With seafood and plenty of it. Different, but tasty for their version of ramen. The broth was pretty good. ~ Pork Belly with Japanese Curry sauce: This was a winner! I ordered this several times. Tender pork belly that went well with the sauce. Soft and bursting with flavor! ~ Moriwase Sashimi: Now this was refreshing. It's basically set up like a salad with shrimp, scallops, octopus, hamachi, salmon, and tuna. I definitely enjoyed this one. ~ Ishiyaki: Fun with a hot grilling stone! This came with slices of beef, shrimp, tuna and salmon. Choosing this made for an enjoyable last night in Cancun! ~ Sushi rolls: We tried a couple, but again we didn't care for them. And I hate the fact that they need to satisfy folks by adding stupid cream cheese; It's just blasphemous and doesn't belong in sushi! Tanoshī!

Food is pretty good considering to be an all inclusive. The service is amazing. The manager walks around making sure everything is okay. She is engaged with the staff and the customers. The staff recommends dishes and are knowledgeable about the food.

The only dinner I enjoyed at Le Blanc, after trying all three Asian, Italian and French restaurants.

Food was decent! They brought out special dessert to celebrate special occasion. Really loved it. Second visit: We walked in for dinner, busy. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed and we were as patient as can be. Tables around us received seconds before we ever got our original order. I was looking forward to dinner but it was about an hour and I gave up. We got up and informed the front that the wait was too long and other tables after us received better service. Things happen. The manager on duty apologized. Second visit didn't ruin my thoughts on Moongate. Their menu is great and the atmosphere was lovely.

Didn't expect the Hyatt Ziva Resort food to be on Yelp, but I guess I might as well rate it since…read moreit's here lol. Kinda felt like eating at a AYCE place. In terms of restaurant options at the Hyatt Ziva, I would put Moongate kinda in the middle tier. It was basically one the meals we were fine with and would consider going back while we were at the resort. Ordered: - Sashimi - Salmon, Tuna, Catch of the Day (Sea Bass) - one of the thickest and widest cuts ever. - Special Kiuri Maki - this one was ok. I preferred the other maki we got. - Maguro Spicy Maki - Bibimbap - Lo Mein - this portion was really big in my opinion and they give a lot of protein. - Banana Mille Feuille - a bit dense for me. my least favorite dessert we had at the resort.
