Amuse bouche

If I could come here every night of my stay, I would. Every dish is perfection in presentation and taste. Service is that of a Michelin restaurant, and the intimacy and detail of the build out is beautiful.

"Impressive". French restaurant located on the resort. Impressive wine list and very good food. I did feel like a I was sitting in a hotel conference room but outside of that it's an excellent choice for fine dining. The service could not be any better.

The most fanciest place I have been to with wine pairings and required reservations. You have to be in formal attire for this restaurant. I had my first taste of escargot here. I thought it would be very chewy, but no it melts in your mouth like any other shellfish. It was amazing and super large portion. I also had the scallop with orange foam, yes a masterpiece! Next i had the shrimp cream soup, it was weird that the shrimp was fried but the soup itself was good. My fiancé had the fresh oysters with caviar. It was a little fishy bc of the caviar but he enjoyed the experience. I also had the duck confit, one word AMAZING! The meat was tender and the sauce on the plate went well with it. There was no gamey taste and my favorite. The most memorable was the molten lava cake. Chocolate explodes in your mouth and not too sweet that you have to finish the whole plate or it would be an injustice to the chef. Definitely a memorable night and one of my favorite restaurant at LeBlanc.

Lovely dining experience complimentary of the resorts! Lobster Benedict and French toast was delish!

My least favorite restaurants on the resort. The decor is very dated and the tables might be a little too close together. For it being "Formal Dining" the place felt cheap and seemed like a hotel restaurant. The service was very slow. The menu had many yummy sounding things, but it was all just bland and blah. The steak was very though to cut, which is unfortunate because the sauce was amazing! The onion soup was very good. I loved all the breads. My favorite thing was the Chocolate cake. Very yummy!

This restaurant is for 18+. It's their fanciest restaurant on the entire property. No reservations…read moreneeded although I heard you may want to consider it for the later hours (after 8pm?) if there are a lot of guests staying at the property. Luckily, we did not have to deal with this and just showed up. In hindsight, I would've dined at this restaurant several more times during my stay. It was solid! Keep in mind there is a dress code (so don't come in wearing swim trunks and sandals). The food here is very elegant. The plating is memorable and the food tastes great. The drinks are also very tasty. The dessert was phenomenal too. That creme brulee? YUMMMMYYY! It's a wonderful spot for date night. If you're feeling up for it, you can pay an additional cost for their premium selections of alcohol and food. If you're someone who likes foie gras, then you'll be happy to know that they have this on their menu. Highly recommend this spot!

Randy was thinking it was soaking in a marinate for slightly too long because texture of the fish was a little weird - Bar Raye - Sea Bass as good but I think I prefer the Sea Bass at Trade Winds more. - Magret De Canard Au Miel - I liked this one. Duck paired well with the honey and figs - Carre D'Agneau & Cardamome - Lamb was also pretty good. Not sure if it was because this is suppose to be the fancier restaurant at the resort or not. Or if the chefs were just better the night we went, but we felt like they were able to cook the meat to your requested doneness. - Crème Brûlée - no complaints. exactly what you expect and decent. - Apple Mousse - I appreciate the presentation of this dessert.

Totally different view of the lagoon, and much quieter and quaint than the usual hotel zone restaurants. I've been to France a few times, but to my preference, this place has my favorite hollandaise sauce to date! Salmon was fresh and cooked as requested. Hubs had a great filet with peppercorn sauce. It's a small place, and a little harder to find (10 min walk to hotel though)(3 minute Uber). Worth every penny!!! Gator wasn't out tonight, he's probably on the other side of lagoon. Eta: owner convinced the gator to say Hi after all!

Her attitude was as though she was a teenager forced by we dad to work tables and was so pissed she was taking it out on every customer. Haha. I get people have bad days and want to give her the benefit of the doubt, but not at the expense of my dinner. This spot is not easy to find either, down a side street and through a hotel lobby, which is pretty cool as it seems like a 'secret spot'. Bring some chum and throw it over the railing when staff isn't looking and maybe one of the local lagoon dinosaurs will visit you (if you have a small child just have them dip their toes in the water and wiggle them a bit)

Gratefully, our previously yelped location for dinner was closed that night so we decided to just eat locally at our hotel. The decor of the place is French themed and even has a lusty poster of Brigitte Bardot alongside the nautical decor pieces. :) Sitting on the open patio in the evening warmth of September was magical. They got the fans going too so you weren't sweating over your meal. Grab a bottle of wine with dinner and order the escargot and mushrooms as appetizers. The steak was a bit well done for me but the flavor of the sauce and sides were amazing. Chef Frank makes his meals with love and serves them to you himself if he can. He is a fantastic man who cares that his guests enjoy their time as well as their meal. Go here! You will be happy you did.

Although there wasn't anyone here, we decided to give it a try. We ordered the prefix 3 course with some wine paired by the chef. First we started with the soup, cream of vegetable, perfect consistency, and delicious. Then the chicken with rice came, decent proportions, beautifully cooked, and seasoned. Then came the brownie, oh this wasn't your Betty Croker brownie, these were home made. Such a personal touch on everything done here, you feel like you came home to momma with this one!
