I had made many phone calls to 3 other drywall contractors to get a price. Phillip was the only one to call me back at all and he did so promptly. He also came to my house within a couple of days and quickly provided me a very fair estimate for the work. I finally decided to go with the wood so I didn't use his services. It is so hard to find a contractor who is courteous enough to return a phone call that for that reason alone I would recommend him. However, in addition, Phillip was a true professional and I am confident he would have done an excellent job.

He makes himself available to address questions and made me feel valued. He educates clients to be able to make sound decisions on your investment. Amounts are very reasonable for the work described. He allows customers to have buy in throughout the process while providing guidance as needed. Most importantly, we immediately connected, felt like someone we could trust and knew we wanted to work with after our first encounter. Our perspectives were heard, we could collaboratively work together on options to consider. We were not rushed. He never made us feel pushed and did not badger us, interrupt our professional or personal lives and made our vision become a reality. We would definitely recommend their services to our closest friends and family. He is the best construction professional we have had the pleasure to encounter over the last 37 years of home ownership within three distinctly different areas of NYS. We are very happy to have done our research to have found them.

Let me start by saying: When I found out that I would need to replace the old, rotten hardwoods throughout half of my house, the task seemed insurmountable. Not only did I need to rip out those old floors, but there was seventy five year old mastic attached to the concrete prohibiting me from pouring the concrete I wanted onto my floors. I came to Walley Masonry for help, to see if there was anything we could do. Tyshawn, without batting an eye, said he could get it done. From a personal standpoint, Tyshawn is an upstanding individual. He respected me and my wishes for the project, and treated the project as if it was his own home he was working on. Not only that, but as all things are in construction, there were several hurdles in our way when removing the mastic, as it was extremely stubborn. Even with remedy after remedy not working, Tyshawn never gave up on making sure the job was done correctly. From a business perspective, Tyshawn is hardworking, committed, and dedicated to the project he is working on. He put in long hours, working well into the night, to get the project done. Whether it be from staying late stripping the mastic off the concrete, pouring the concrete, or making sure to take the extra time to pay fine attention to the details that otherwise may have been missed, Tyshawn made sure that the job was not only done, but that it was done right. You will see in the photos the complete night and day difference between what I started with, and what Tyshawn helped me create. I appreciate him, and would fully support and endorse hiring him for whatever masonry needs you may have!
