Warren Lashway and his crew just finished a third major remodeling job for us over the course of…read morethe last seven years, and they did an outstanding job as usual. We've returned to them time after time for the following reasons: - Honesty. All of the work Warren has done for us involved a contract containing an exhaustive list of the scope of the work and an estimate. We could depend on Warren to deliver as promised. - Workmanship. Warren does things right, both safety-wise and aesthetically. Carpentry, caulking, painting, tile work, flooring, electrical work, plumbing--everything works as it should and looks great. - Problem-solving. Warren is a creative thinker and has often come up with solutions to difficult issues. He draws on a lifetime of experience in the construction industry to solve novel problems. - Value. The first time I met Warren, he told me, "I won't give you the cheapest quote, but I'll give you good value for your money." He has delivered on that promise. His work done seven years ago has stood the test of time. - Collaboration. Warren has always been interested in getting our input in projects and has been open to new ideas along the way. He is friendly, easy-going, and respectful, and is a good communicator. When friends and neighbors share horror stories about contractors they've hired, we tell them about our experience with Warren Lashway. They tell us we've been very lucky, and we agree. We recommend Lashway Construction without reservation.

Made another appointment for Saturday, 12/6 to arrive between 9:30-10am and never showed up or called. To this day, 12/10/24, no call, no apology for wasting my whole day waiting for him! As this would have been not only a repair and/or roof job and possibly siding, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and will never use someone this inconsiderate.

We call this company to have them come fix it, and have been told they are under new management. They have requested all the previously signed documents over several email requests, because they kept forgetting or needing different information. 11 emails back and forth finally resulted in me making a phone call to a Jenna Esopi. When I asked if they had received everything they needed and I could schedule a date to have my roof fixed, I was told the new management hadn't reviewed the paperwork yet and they couldn't come fix my roof until it was reviewed. Apparently the new owners are entirely electronic, and didn't have my contract on file. I just want my roof fixed! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Klaus Roofing was extremely disappointing. They failed to complete the roof repair as outlined in my contract, and the improper repair resulted in a roof leak just a few months later. Rather than taking responsibility, they blamed my attic insulation, even though the issue was clearly related to their workmanship. They also damaged my shingles and siding while attempting a temporary fix without my permission. Communication was beyond poor, and scheduling repairs to address the roof and siding damage was frustrating. I never received a sincere apology or any real accountability. In the end, I reached the point where I refused to have this company back on my property. That was my decision, and it will cost me more in the long run, but I no longer had confidence in their work or customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

My only nitpick is their trailer stayed on my property for 3 days after the work was completed, this was just an inconvenience.
