Great service and plan on using them to maintain our new water filtration system!…read more The reverse osmosis water filtration system we've had for years under our sink was leaking. We initially called a plumber who overcharged us and actually made the leak worse (lesson learned). We subsequently decided to call Just Water Treatment Inc. who came out to take a look. The specialist who came out (I think it was the owner) really spent a long time trying to repair and fix our current system before explaining that we did, in fact, need an entire new one because of some irreparable cracks (that I think were caused by the plumber we initially called -_-) . Although that was disappointing to hear, I really appreciated that they obviously made every effort to repair our current one before suggesting we get a new one and clearly articulated why we needed a new one. It definitely did not feel like they were upselling or anything. The specialist went ahead and installed a new reverse osmosis system under the sink and let us know that they can come out yearly to maintain it and change the filters (we signed up for that service as well). This happened back in November and everything has been going smoothly since! We are really happy with the specialist's efforts and service and with our new water filtration system. I highly recommend!

I had a truly excellent experience with Eli and his son at Aqua Wise Water Solutions for a complete…read morewhole-home filtration system and water softener installation. From the moment I met them, they were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very straightforward. It was immediately clear they have extensive experience and take real pride in their work. They delivered the equipment within about four days and performed an exceptionally clean and well-organized installation. Everything was done neatly, there were no leaks, and all piping and connections were well thought out. Eli took the time to thoroughly train me on how the system operates, what to expect, and how to maintain it going forward. No pressure, no gimmicks, and no hidden surprises. The system is performing exactly as promised, and the improvement in water quality is noticeable. Overall, this was a smooth, transparent, and professional transaction from start to finish. I highly recommend Aqua Wise Water Solutions to anyone considering a home water filtration and softening system.

You can tell he actually cares about doing it right, not just selling you equipment. I had both a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed, and the difference in the water quality is night and day. We contacted Dam Plumbing & Drain to replace a tankless water heater. Unfortunately, the new water…read moreheater was set at 98 degrees and it was not working properly / consistently. When the plumber, Richie, returned to review his work a week later, he argued with us and said the water was hot. I told him that's not what our complaint was - the temperature wasn't consistent. When we asked him to re-install the previous unit, he said he couldn't because he had thrown it away in the trash. The previous Reem water heater of ours was working just fine. We were just downgrading to a smaller unit. We sent a complaint to the office almost 2 weeks ago but no one has ever called, texted or emailed us back. Absolutely an unreputable company! I can't believe they have so many good reviews when we definitely received the worst service possible. Update: I don't think it's wise for any business to publicly give an "excuse" why they did something that a customer is unhappy about, and rightfully so. Their plumber was told from the start that our current/previous tankless water heater was working just fine. Why would anyone throw away a unit that's working fine? After speaking with Lucy today, I was also asked to revise my review here if they provide a new service that is satisfactory. My husband and I run a small business and we've never asked a customer to revise their online review. It is always the customer's choice to do that on their own. A company's response to a negative review always shows how they truly operate.

Fantastic experience getting a water softener installed…read more When we moved in there was a water softener, but throughout the time we've lived here, about a year and a half, I learned that it is one from Lowes or Home Depot, which means it is pretty cheap and not meant to withstand the Florida weather. Also, I'm pretty sure it hasn't been working this whole time because the salt had hardened and never seemed to move. I kind of ignored this for a long time because we were already spending a ton of money on other house stuff. Finally a neighbor convinced me that our plumbing would thank us and I'm also hoping it will help my baby's skin issues. I used Request a Quote on Yelp to get a ton of quotes. At the time I was trying to fix our water softener, but quickly learned from many different companies we would need to replace it. I got overwhelmed from all the information and, again, tabled it, but James continued to follow up with me periodically for over a month. It wasn't pushy, he was just checking to see if I got my water softener. Honestly, if it wasn't for his follow up I'd probably still be sitting on this project. It was super easy to schedule a time for them to come a couple days later. They are locally owned and operated so you are dealing with the boss. Chad was the one who came out and he is awesome. He noticed some things that were wrong with our pipes, don't ask me what, I don't know anything about plumbing which is why I hired them, and he fixed it! They have a 10 year warranty, which is fantastic because I don't have to worry if it breaks. They stand by their work. If you are looking for a water softener, I highly recommend them. They're professional, efficient, and they do good work.
