Called and was basically told tough luck you bought a used vehicle. Took truck to another dealer in Rancho Cordova and tried to use the warranty service I was sold by Thompson's. I was told I could use it anywhere!! Then later learned if within 40 miles of Thomson's dealership my truck had to go to Thompson's first. I live 30 miles away! This part was not disclosed to me, EVER! I would never recommend them under any circumstance. I also had to purchase a new battery the first week. Felt very comfortable to make an informed choice if the vehicle was right for us. They just did not have the color or XSE model we were looking for. Genaro is a great salesman, he drives over from W.. Sacramento because of the culture and experience here, he could have worked closer at Hanlees in Sacramento or Roseville Toyota. But he chose Thompsons, and they should be lucky to have him and treat him well. Great experience over all, just did not feel any pressure. They also have great snacks, chips, popcorn, hot drinks, sodas, and water.best stocked dealership I have seen. All complimentary. Great place to negotiate a deal. Kevin was friendly too. They do markup vehicles by $2k like bay are dealers who go up to $5k over TSRP. You could look at other dealers who don't like Folsom, Elk Grove, or Davis Toyota for a better deal. Just perhaps not the same experience.

I would highly recommend this shop, best in the area no doubt.

This was by far the smoothest, easiest, and most pleasant car buying experience. It's 150 miles from my residence so everything was done over the phone and/or internet, price, trade, finance, everything. Once everything was hammered out, they delivered my truck and picked up my trade. I signed the papers and that was it. My only gripe was a dealer included vehicle tracking add-on that I did not want, nor would they remove. Forgivable.

I DID NOT feel like just another number in the system. I liked how they could order any brand of tires and for a competitive price. I shopped around and did research online and took into consideration the gas money and time it would take to drive down to Folsom/Sacramento to national tire franchise or having to pay for shipping through a discounter such as Tire Rack and came out ahead thanks to Granger. I truly saved money , all while supporting a local business, not to shabby.
