The tech gave me back my old spark plugs and coils and they even installed an additional part for me at no charge! Russ took the vehicle for a test drive himself and came back in to talk to me about his experience owning a V10. Everyone here was professional and kind and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Additionally, truck is running great after replacing all 10 spark plugs and coils!
