(Ditch is too deep, nearly 2 feet deep inside where both of my right side where were in.) He left us with desperation and exhaustion. Nearly 6 hours over with rain and cold, we were fortunately able get thru Spencer with S&S's number. He asked us the relevant question about our situation and assess everything he needed to help us. Within an hour he was arriving with all the proper equipment and tools. He was able lift both of the wheels one at time, without further damage the vehicle. My car is free with only some scratches under the bumper which caused by running over the curb. He even helped to drive my car to a safer spot and also provided me some recommendations what i need to get checked. I am grateful for his helping hand in this rainy Sunday night. What's really even better was that me and the driver had a great time chit chatting as we drive towards my place.
