Also, there is no reason to freeze fine cheese! The whole point of spending money on expensive local cheese is to get something fresh...freezing it completely defeats the purpose and basically ruins the cheese. I tried messaging them on Facebook months ago to address the issue privately, can see that they saw my messages but received no response. Lesson: Don't buy cheese here unless you want weird frozen cheese!

When I got home, I ate their cheddar cheese and there was something on it that tasted spicy and burned my lips - it actually made my lips chapped over the next week. I sent a polite email to them to give feedback and asked them what was on the cheddar. I was concerned it was some sort of chemical. It has been over 10 days and they haven't responded.
