We owed money on our financed Honda and a trade-in would have ruined any chance of a good deal at any dealership. We wanted an Acura RDX 2018 (tech package). A family friend recommended giving Mike a call and so we did. He had our old Honda towed away and the new Acura RDX delivered to us within only 2 days! The process was unbelievably smooth and we can't thank him enough. We highly recommend Mike at Cal Auto and will continue to use his automotive services from here on out. Thanks again for your quality service and for being prompt and professional.

I looked at a lot of cars and talked to different dealers, but I came back to Ramin because I trusted him. He was patient, honest, kind, and genuinely went to bat for me every step of the way. Even after the sale, when I had concerns and questions, he never brushed me off. He kept communicating, tried to find solutions, and made it clear that he cared about making sure I was happy. That means a lot to me. He even told me he treats customers the way he would want someone to treat his own mother, brother, or sister -- and I believe him, because that is exactly how he treated me. Ramin is the reason I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Encino. He made a stressful car-buying process feel personal, respectful, and actually enjoyable. If you're shopping for a Mercedes, ask for Ramin. You will be in very good hands. 10,000 stars from me.

Unfortunately, there was no one available to entertain my inquiry at the moment so I left the lot and that was my mistake for it was really late and everyone must have been gone for the night. At my way home, I was contacted by Mehr by several communication avenues and insisted to come back. I told her that I would be coming back the next following day since it was late at night. She did her very best to accommodate me at the earliest possible time at my convenience even though that she has worked late the previous day. She has spontaneously communicated to me by sending photos and possible terms for financing even if she does not have to. Even at the following day to have the car prepped up early before the appointment. It seems like my story is a typical day to day grind on the sales in the automotive industry. My point is that I have never been cared for and no one really have the persistence to communicate to me even though there was not a guarantee that I would make the purchase. I have been shopping for a pre-owned vehicle and was never really treated like what Mehr did. I have been to other 4 dealership prior and left because I felt that I was not treated very well as a customer. I even got flaked by another sales person in a Huntington Beach dealership and never notified me that the vehicle that I set-up an appointment with has been sold the previous day and came the day we got to the place and car was no longer there and the sales person was not around for he called-in. Mind that I have to travel 79 miles one way from where I reside to the dealer location. Going back to the topic. You are in good hands if you get her as your agent. She explains the very detail of everything. I know that she did her very best because I could relate for I was in sales too from a different industry a very long time ago. Mehr truly is a gem.

We came in as serious buyers looking for a specific type of vehicle and gave the sales representative a list of the features and options we wanted. Instead of helping us find the right vehicle or discussing what was available, the sales rep rudely responded, "Can you even afford a $150,000 car?" I couldn't believe that was actually said to us. Whether a customer is shopping for a $30,000 car or a $150,000 car, no one should be spoken to or judged that way - especially before the salesperson has made any effort to understand the customer. We weren't asking for special treatment. We simply came in ready to shop and expected basic professionalism and respect. Instead, we felt judged and disrespected enough that we walked away from the dealership. After being a Keyes customer for years, it's extremely disappointing that one interaction could completely change the way I view the dealership. Unfortunately, after the way we were treated today, we will not be returning.

Never in my life did I imagine that a simple lease buyout would end with me filing a police report…read moreover ongoing unwanted contact from a dealership's General Sales Manager. I contacted Infiniti of Van Nuys already approved for financing through my own credit union at 4.49% APR. I clearly told Moe, the General Sales Manager, that I had my own financing. He repeatedly told me that outside financing was not an option and presented this to me as an official Infiniti policy -- that I was required to finance through the dealership. He even told me that even if their rate were 11%, I would still have to take their financing because there was "no other option," and then refinance the loan myself afterward. I already had approved financing at 4.49%. Based on what he represented as an Infiniti requirement, I completed their credit application. I was told my credit would only be run once, yet multiple inquiries appeared. The dealership then offered me approximately 6.9% APR. Moe's behavior was also extremely unprofessional and intimidating. He yelled at me, became aggressive when I questioned the financing, hung up on me, and repeatedly called me "habibti" and used "yalla." I had no personal relationship with this man and gave him no reason to address me with this kind of familiarity. As a woman dealing alone with a male General Sales Manager, combined with the yelling and pressure, I found this extremely intimidating and inappropriate. Most concerningly, I repeatedly instructed him in writing to stop working on my deal and revoked authorization for any further credit submissions or inquiries. This was not a one-time request -- I repeated it multiple times over more than 3 hour. Despite that, he continued contacting me and later texted: "Im still working on the deal." Screenshots are attached. I then contacted Infiniti Financial Services directly and learned that I did not need this dealership to complete my lease buyout at all. IFS provided the payoff documentation directly so I could proceed with my own financing -- directly contradicting what had been presented to me as an "Infiniti policy." Because the unwanted contact continued despite my repeated written requests to stop, I documented everything and filed a police report. I am particularly concerned because the dealership obtained sensitive personal information through my credit application, including information from my driver's license. Given everything that has already happened, their continued access to this information makes the unwanted contact even more concerning to me. If the unwanted contact continues or escalates, I am prepared to seek legal guidance and pursue a restraining order if appropriate. "Stop contacting me" should have been the end of the matter.

A month goes by, no plates. 2 months, no plates. 3 months, no plates. We had a windy spell and the paper plate tore in half and my wife got pulled over for it, and a ticket for not having permanent plates. During this time I tried texting the salesperson, emailing the salesperson, calling the salesperson... no response. Tried contacting the dealership through their contact form on their website, no response. Called the DMV and they had no record of plates being ordered for the car, and said the plates should have been on it when it was bought so I had to order new plates, which now don't match what's on the title. 2. I noticed the front didn't have a plate bracket on it and when I asked about it the salesperson said "LA county doesn't require front plates on EV's." Which I thought was wrong and I checked when I got home and yeah, he was wrong. All passenger vehicles operating in the entire state of CA require front plates. 3. The charging connecter was broken. The nub that clamps down to secure the connection to the car. Not a huge deal, it still charges fine, but still. 4. Not a big deal but was promised one of those leather key fob covers. The salesperson said he'd call when he got it. Never called. This salesperson clearly was just after the sale and once it was done, wiped his hands of it. Got an OK deal on the car (1 star) and the service people seem ok to deal with so far (2nd star). Those are the only positive things I can say about this place. The post-sale experience with the salesperson (ie: non existent) and the communication with the location in general were frustrating and make me sigh in annoyance when I have to take the car for service. Luckily the service department is a better experience.
