Going from Holiday Inn Mansfield to the airport. Trip from airport to Holiday In via UBER was $34. Couldn't use Uber going home because we left at 4 a.m. and were concerned about Uber availability. Holiday Inn suggested several companies and I used Manfield Taxi. NEVER AGAIN. Driver was rude (waiting for my wife to come to the taxi two mins late driver says 'When is she going to be here I have things to do' ..excuse me?) - Then the SOB SHOVED our luggage into the back of the van which didnt initially fit..just kept pushing them as if some how 'magic space' would be created... NEVER use this Pirate company. UBER is awesome and the way to go. Even if you have to leave much earlier to ensure an arrival.

If I could leave a no star review, I would. I booked a charter van for my wedding party…read moretransportation in May 2026. This bus company was the one that was contracted to transport us. The pickup at the hotel was about ten minutes late. Far from ideal when we had a strict pickup time to make sure we were on time to get to the venue for photos, set-up, etc. The bus was technically on-site, yes. But it was parked in the rear of the building where I nor anyone else would have seen. I did not receive a phone call or alert prior to departure time that the bus was there. It did not appear until I received a phone number through the charter company. The bus driver was rather rude and then finally pulled to the front. When the driver finally arrived and proceeded to take the most questionable route to the venue. I had my Waze on my phone and instead of the trip taking 25 minutes, we ended up taking closer to 45 minutes. That's now about 30 minutes off our anticipated schedule. No idea why the driver chose to take all back roads after getting on and then quickly off the highway when we could've take the majority of the trip on the highway. The return was the same way. It was late so we didn't hit as many red lights and traffic from the venue to the hotel, but still didn't get on the highway to save time and instead took back roads and then part of the highway to return. About 35 minutes instead of 20-25 minutes. Our drop-off was set for 11:30pm and our pickup was for 11pm. Again, if I could write a zero star review, I would, but everyone please use this as a word of caution.

No matter how I write this review it's going to sound a bit snobby, but it is what it is…read more First, when someone orders "sedan service" you would expect a sedan (eg. Lincoln Towncar) to show up, not a Ford Edge. Which by the way has the most uncomfortable back seat known to man. Secondly, at 4:15am I am not in the mood to give directions to a driver, which is exactly what I had to do. Google it! Moreover, once he arrived the driver watched... Yes, watched as I loaded my stuff into the back of the crappy SUV. Lastly, I'm opting for a car service to drive to the airport as I may not be awake to do so myself, therefore I would fully expect the driver to be awake during the drive -- yours was not. I stayed awake and watched as he veered into and out of our lane numerous times, eight to be exact. I was gonna give them two stars, but after I got to the airport and realized I just paid $100 for this monumentally crappy service... One is enough for getting me to the airport alive and on-time. Will not be taking this service again.
