A large hot regular with cream and sugar. Then the questions.....what kind of sugar, how many sugars, how many creams, would you like some sugars on the side, would you like a stick to stir your coffee? Then I pull up to pay. I hand cash to the person, and I get asked, "Oh, you are paying cash?" Well, it looked that way to me. I just want my coffee and not into playing 1,000 questions. I was visiting this area because I was in town for a three day convention and some of the friends told me about this place. I checked out yelp, found the location and picked myself up some items for my train ride back home. I got an iced spiced chai latte, and an iced cookie butter for tomorrow morning's work day. My oldest daughter got an iced vanilla latte and my other two daughters ordered a chocolate and a cinnamon muffin. I later learned that they were giving 15% off for visitors visiting the convention center and because I missed that opportunity, I was instead offer an assortment of complementary danishes. I have to say my iced spiced chai latte was delicious! So go that I ordered another one in the larger size to take home. I wished all chais would taste like this. They have set the standard. It was so smooth with the amazing yummy spices you could taste, just really good. My daughters, all three had no complaints. They loved the muffins, although they said it should have been warm up, but still was very soft, moist and fresh. I wished that on my second order, the girl who rang up our order would have honored that 15% perfect off because we still made another order after finding out but she didn't and she wasn't very pleasant like the guy, so I just let it go, it was a spiritual weekend for me and I didn't want to let her irritated me. I even included a tip because the male staff member was great. The space is very cafe friendly, plenty of seating, nice ambiance with relaxing music playing. If I lived in this area this place would definitely be my choice of places to frequently visit. So although four stars I'm still giving two thumbs up! Happy Yelping!

The Atmosphere The location here is stunning. It's a beautiful, open space with massive windows that let in a ton of natural light. Inside, there's a good mix of seating--from a cozy sofa to standard tables and chairs. When the weather is nice, the outdoor seating in the courtyard is the place to be; it's a perfect environment for chatting with friends or focusing on a laptop. The Drinks In my opinion, the quality of the beverages here is a step above Dunkin' or Starbucks. Yes, the price point is a bit higher, but you truly taste the difference. My go-to order is the iced Fall Oat Boy with honey--it's consistently delicious. I also appreciate that they have plenty of vegan options clearly marked on the menu. The Food & Parking The one area that consistently misses the mark for me is the hot sandwiches. I've tried several, including the Deluxe (turkey sausage and egg on a croissant) and the Vegan Deluxe. While the menu pictures look great, reality is something much different. The heating method they use is a letdown. Instead of a light, flaky, crispy croissant, the sandwiches consistently come out soggy and wet, which is a bummer. Pro-tip: Just a heads up that parking in this area can get pretty tight, so give yourself an extra minute to find a spot!

As prices rise in this economy, what's intangible is the experience each customer leaves with from a business. It's vital that these businesses make sure they people that are welcoming and have the ability to listen to their customers. Hoping this gets fixed.

I could write a long review about what's wrong with this coffee shop. But let's just say it was one of the worst coffees I've had in a long time. Once sip and straight into the garbage.
