I've only had my car for a few months and was interested in getting it detailed, but I don't know much about the process. I called to ask some basic questions--what services are available, how much they cost, and how long the detailing typically takes. Those seem like normal questions to ask before booking an appointment. Instead of receiving any information, I was basically told to fuck off before the call was disconnected before I didn't even get the chance to schedule an appointment. Obviously, if I'm calling a car detailing shop, it's because I'm interested in getting my car detailed. I was simply trying to understand my options before booking.

I had been been using his services for almost 2 years, but it was well past time for a change. I wanted a new detailer who can do a good job, communicate with me, and also be punctual. And Valente was exactly who my car and I needed! I requested a quote on Yelp, and he got back to me, came out in person to check out the condition of my car, and had me scheduled ALL IN THE SAME DAY. Since then, V's high level of service has been consistent. He regularly follows up with me to see how my car is doing and accommodates my schedule. Once when I was sick, he made an extra trip to my home because I couldn't get through the appointment in one day, which I really appreciated because it was difficult to even stand at the time. I can tell that V loves what he does. He's always so enthusiastic, even when he's working in the freezing cold. I've also learned a few things from him about maintaining my car that I never knew or noticed, and it feels like he cares about my car almost as much as I do. With V, my car is looking and feeling as best as she can be, and I can trust things to stay that way. :)
