I had loaned it to a friend, who used the sunroof, and unfortunately, a clogged drain caused water to leak into the vehicle. Over the years, mold, mildew, and a terrible odor built up inside. I took the SUV to a repair shop and was given an estimate of over $10,000 to fix it. I was ready to throw my hands up and buy a new car when a friend recommended Jim's Auto Detail. I decided to give them a try, and I'm SO glad I did! I took the time to fix the clogged drain myself, which turned out to be a relatively inexpensive fix, and then Jim's worked their magic. In less than 48 hours, my SUV looked brand new! There was no mold, no mildew, and absolutely no lingering odor. It was sparkling clean--honestly, no one would ever know that this vehicle had been sitting in that condition for five years. The employees were honest, professional, and incredibly helpful, and their prices were EXCELLENT. Thanks to Jim's, I didn't need to buy a new car, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be a customer for life and highly recommend Jim's Auto Detail to anyone who wants quality work, fair pricing, and people you can trust!

Today, I went to Jim's Detail Shop to get a machine polish for my car…read more I was told that the polish would remove the water spots on both the paint and the glass. The service cost me $200. However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. I'm not sure if they even properly polished the car, as the entire process took only about an hour for the whole vehicle. I'm very disappointed, and I feel like I did not get the service I paid for.

I used to go to the dealer, however, with 180,000 miles on my 11 year vehicle it is just too expensive to continue to pay dealer prices. I wanted an experienced mechanic that would shoot straight with me and I will be coming back for future service work. I would love my Jeep to last another 10+ years. It has been my favorite car of all my vehicles. It is so hard to find a good independent mechanic and I am grateful for Thai and his team.

Stopped by for a hand wash yesterday and I regret it…read more I get that black cars will get micro scratches/swirls, which is why I avoid automatic car washes, but this is excessive from a single wash.
