The price was very reasonable for the work they did, he was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. What sold me was Efrain's responsiveness. I left a message and his call back was within hours. We made an appointment, I was greeted promptly and he even gave me a lift home when I dropped off my car (I was going to Uber). The work took longer than anticipated because my car was in rough shape after sitting outside for years. However, he called me first and asked if they could keep it a bit longer and I agreed. No extra charge! I have never seen my car look so good! I honestly didn't realize my headlights and / or engine could look that awesome; totally blew me away. He's got a customer for life, their work is top notch! I highly recommend Efrain and his crew for any Auto Detail work. Excellent experience.

I had loaned it to a friend, who used the sunroof, and unfortunately, a clogged drain caused water to leak into the vehicle. Over the years, mold, mildew, and a terrible odor built up inside. I took the SUV to a repair shop and was given an estimate of over $10,000 to fix it. I was ready to throw my hands up and buy a new car when a friend recommended Jim's Auto Detail. I decided to give them a try, and I'm SO glad I did! I took the time to fix the clogged drain myself, which turned out to be a relatively inexpensive fix, and then Jim's worked their magic. In less than 48 hours, my SUV looked brand new! There was no mold, no mildew, and absolutely no lingering odor. It was sparkling clean--honestly, no one would ever know that this vehicle had been sitting in that condition for five years. The employees were honest, professional, and incredibly helpful, and their prices were EXCELLENT. Thanks to Jim's, I didn't need to buy a new car, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be a customer for life and highly recommend Jim's Auto Detail to anyone who wants quality work, fair pricing, and people you can trust!

Today, I went to Jim's Detail Shop to get a machine polish for my car…read more I was told that the polish would remove the water spots on both the paint and the glass. The service cost me $200. However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. I'm not sure if they even properly polished the car, as the entire process took only about an hour for the whole vehicle. I'm very disappointed, and I feel like I did not get the service I paid for.

I'm also really attached to my stickers and dinosaurs, so I was really hoping Reeves could eliminate the dirt and grime, while leaving my precious memories in tact. I am completely amazed by the job they did on my truck interior. Not a speck of dog hair (and it was thickly caked in the back), oil and grease stains gone from the seats, my steering wheel looks brand new, and every single one of my precious stickers and glued on dinosaur toys are still in tact. I found Reeves through reading yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. I'm also a smoker working on quitting and the truck is completely clear of the smell of cigarettes. Not only did they do an amazing job detailing the inside, my final total was lower than the quote and i had my truck back in less than 24 hours.
