The latte was lightly flavored with actual coconut pieces inside. We weren't sure whether to get the Billy Buster hot or iced; the cashier recommended iced. When sipping the coffee through the straw, chunks of peanut butter were coming up and separating in my mouth, leaving an odd texture. I attempted to stir the drink as much as possible, but was only able to finish a 1/4 of it. I'm wondering if hot would have been better for the blending of the peanut butter into the drink?! We would not order it again, nor the sausage sandwich.

I came here to order 10 platters for a corporate event. I talked directly to the owner and placed a deposit. I wanted to pick up the order at 2pm and he told me if i wanted my order i would have to pick up by 11am. I said i can pick up early for his convenience not mine. i asked that since we are picking up early that they do not put condiments on the sandwiches so they dont get soggy. He said they would give me extra mustard and mayo packets for the inconvenience. I got the order with condiments on the sandwiches which had very little vegetables like lettuce and tomatoes and they forgot the packets of mustard and mayo. By the time we got to the sandwiches for our corporate sale they were extremely soggy that we had to order pizza instead. When i tried to talk to the owner to complain about what had happened the next day he just yelled and screamed at me. He even had the nerve to tell me they serve more sandwiches a day than subway and next time i should go there. I promise i will go to subway next time, i learned my lesson! read more
