This BK Subs location is next to the Big 5 Sporting Goods store on the southeast corner of Redlands Blvd and Alabama. Getting in and out of the parking lot, is a bit tricky: traffic in this area is heavy. While there was plenty of parking, the parking has a fair amount of pot holes. I was there at lunch hour on the weekend. There was only one staff member working and she was a bit behind, but was working hard. As you can see from my sandwich pic, I had a Turkey sandwich. This is their small sized one. I ordered it simple. The veggies were fresh: I liked the shredded lettuce. This holds more oil & vinegar dressing. The oil was fresh and light, the Italian seasoning with it was appropriately light. The turkey was very mildly flavored. The bun was made with white flour, and really didn't have any flavor. Overall, it was a simple and mildly flavored sandwich.

This sandwich was a major disappointment!! There was 1 slice of turkey the rest of the sandwich was lettuce and tomato

I haven't been here for ages and was craving a Turkey Avocado Sub. It was still great! The store was clean, there's seating inside. The service was good. They make great sub sandwiches at a great price. If you're looking for a great turkey avocado sandwich this is the place.

Mold

DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED There was mold on my bread and when I called to let them know the guy was like no my bread is fresh every day. LIES! Won't be coming back here.

Best avo, roast beef subs in town. Love the soft bread and plenty of variety for everyone.

I decided to accompany him which I normally don't, we were going to have our coffee there and buy more beans. Because we don't regularly have our coffee here I inquired about the sizes. While the cashier wasn't necessarily rude, she came across as very stand-offish and uninterested in helping us. When I asked what sizes were available, she simply pointed at the cups. I then asked which size was which and how many ounces each held, and she seemed bothered by having to answer. It honestly felt like us placing an order was an inconvenience. I completely understand that everyone has off days, and I don't expect over-the-top friendliness, but I do think a little patience and welcoming customer service go a long way, especially when someone is simply asking questions about what they're ordering. We've always enjoyed coming here, and this is the first time we've left feeling this way. Hopefully, it was just an off day because we'd love to continue supporting a coffee shop we've enjoyed visiting.

Truly baffling…read more This place is tucked into a quiet South Redlands neighborhood, surrounded by old Victorian homes and lush lawns, and it feels like a tiny European corner café just... existing quietly and beautifully. Inside is all reclaimed wood and cozy tables, people working on laptops, the coolest Redlands City Limits sign, kids flipping through board games and books in the corner, soft chatter, good energy. Pro tip: get in line as soon as you get there because it fills up fast and the line can absolutely go out the door. I had the chai latte (so good), a cheese danish (dangerous), and an Everlasting Ferments kombucha...the Habanero Ginger is a sleeper hit. You can also snag breakfast burritos if you're lucky (they sell out), or freshly made stuffed waffles from a vendor outside, which somehow makes the whole experience feel extra charming. There are cute little café tables all around and a tucked-away, walled patio in the back that's perfect for bigger groups. Already planning future coffee dates. Late to the party, but fully committed now!

I've been going to Saverino's Italian Deli & Market for many years, and it has always been amazing…read more The food is consistently excellent, whether you're ordering a sandwich, lasagna, a side, or one of their daily specials. This place is always busy, both inside and with takeout orders, so I definitely recommend ordering ahead if you're in a hurry. That said, they are consummate professionals at what they do, and even if you walk in, the wait is never painful. My advice: check out the menu while you're in line and be ready to order when you get to the register. They're busy, and nobody wants to be the indecisive person holding up the line! Their daily specials are incredible, but be aware that if you want a special from a different day, it's not happening. Also, get there early if you want the special, because they can and do sell out -- which honestly just proves how good they are. Everything here is done right. The menu items are thoughtfully put together, balanced, and full of flavor. Portions are generous without being ridiculous, prices are very fair, and honestly, I think they may even be low compared to the value you get. The staff is always helpful, and the girl at the counter has been there as long as I've been going -- I believe she's family -- which says a lot about the heart behind this place. Don't skip the market, either. They carry some of the best Italian ingredients, and it adds even more to the experience. Saverino's is by far the best sandwich spot in Redlands, and I'd go out on a limb and put them in the top five on the West Coast. Family-run, local, consistent, and absolutely top notch. This place is a winner and deserves a try. Just one warning: THEY ARE ADDICTIVE!

The Market Place is very cool and there was a lot of things we wanted to try and Hen & Heifer was the one we started with. The staff were super friendly and nice. We ordered "The Boss Hog" and the "Mannimal.. Onion Rings.. A Diet Coke and a Coke in the Bottle.. Everything is à la cart.. Just FYI.. The Boss Hog was a Double Cheeseburger with Pastrami, Carmelized Onions, and Cheese. $21.00 The Mannimal Was A Single Cheeseburger between Two Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Carmelized Onions. $18.28 Onion Rings $11.86 Diet Coke in the Can $2.00 Coke in Bottle $4.85 And Aparently I Tipped $10.43 and I don't remember that since I ordered at a counter and picked up from the counter.. I am not sure how that happened! The burgers were ok.. I was expecting them to be full of flavor, but the carmelized onions were the best thing beween the bun.. I am sorry, but the meat should have been the star and it wasn't. The bun on the boss hog was soaked and wet and stuff dripped out when squeezed like a sponge. The cheese for the grilled cheese on the mannimal was different from the cheese on the burger itself. $12 Dollar onion rings, I was expecting more than a single serving and them to really good for Onion Rings that cost almost as much as a Burger. I wanna be nice about this place but the difference between what I got for what I paid and the lacking flavor. I was not impressed.. Was it this visit or is this normal?
