Very bad experience. I feel I should mention I get reflexology done other places about once every two weeks. I went in to get 100 min reflexology massage and was rubbed so quickly as if it was a race to finish. My skin ended up burning some because of this and I felt very wound up and stressed instead of relaxed. There were a couple points on the arms that felt good but hard to focus on with the quick, jerky movements. This massage says it includes 40 min of foot reflexology, but my feet were quickly rubbed for 5-10 minutes each and hands for maybe one min each. I ended up trying to stop the massage around 65 min because I was so frustrated and uncomfortable. The receptionist told me I was going to be charged the full amount but, after questioning why, eventually charged me less than the 100 min price after getting approval by calling the manager. She never asked why I was unsatisfied or what the problem was with the massage, only asked for my money and tip - when I pointed out that it seemed like she didn't care whatsoever, she literally said nothing... that's a confirmation I guess? I have never written a bad review for an establishment before, but I've also never gone into a reflexology place to have no pressure points used on the feet (that's reflexology...) and left feeling more stressed than when I came in. Also, make sure you make it very clear to the massage therapist if you do not want something - i.e. told the receptionist beforehand that I did not want facial massage if it was included (very acne prone skin so have to be cautious) but was still rubbed with the fragranced lotion on my face and had to awkwardly say "oh wait no!" which I think shocked the therapist.
