Not only did Mo quickly diagnose the problem, but he also walked me through exactly what was going on and what needed to be done--no upselling, no nonsense, just straight-up honesty and expertise. While he was working on the coolant issue, Mo also took the time to check out my crankcase ventilation system, which had been giving me issues. He didn't have to go that extra mile, but he did--and thanks to him, I got it fixed properly and saved a ton of money.
