Always, top notch service at fair prices by an honest owner. However, yesterday I took my vehicle for service, and was shocked to discover that the place had been sold, and was now known as "J. Morales Service Station" or something similar. One of the reasons why I had always brought my car to Lexington Service, aside from the great service, was that I could wait for my vehicle since I have no way of getting home and then getting back there. However, the signs on the new place indicated that waiting would no longer be possible. I had no idea how good, or honest, this new owner is, or how good his service would be. Furthermore, if I couldn't wait for my vehicle, it would cost me additional money in uber or other fees to get there and back. So, I decided not to leave my car and went somewhere else.

There was no consideration that this new noise might have been a result of something they did during the repair. Mechanic was dismissive. Sprayed some WD 40 around and sent me on my way. Today I brought the car to an old, established mechanic shop in Wallington. Mechanic opened the hood and said, "I smell antifreeze." Looked around and said, "They did a sloppy job. They got antifreeze all over your belt. The damage is done now. You have to change the belt. And I'll wash out the mess they made." The fans has a strange sound and the front hood not closing properly. Later I was robbed by this shop owner. He looked at my car first and told me that the car needed to replace the fan motor and a cooling fan. He gave me a very high quote, which surprised me. So I hoped that he could also fix the problem of the front hood which is not closing properly . He said he wouldn't do it. So I said the price was too high and I couldn't fix the car here. So he started to be tough and forced me to pay a $50 consultation fee. I was forced to pay this money. I am a single mother and this is my only car. It is a very old 2011 car and it is not worth $1,000. And I just had a car accident few months ago.And a friend of mine helped me repair the front part of the car. And this shop's owner named GARY actually asked me for nearly $800 to repair the car, which of course I can't afford. Yesterday, this man named GARY he robbed me. He took away my $50 which I worked so hard everyday earned to feed my child. My car's problems are still there. I will never forget that he forced me to hand over my credit card, and he even forbid me to touch my car before I pay him .I will never forget the ugly face of this man named GARY. I've been their customer every since... let's see... early 2000s. Was sad to see their original location close, and I thought the world was over and I sojourned in the wilderness looking for half as trustworthy mechanics in the Fort Lee area... until on my recent first trip to CostCo Teterboro I saw a mirage to my right... The Korean Flag. On an Automechanic shop. I rubbed my eyes in disbelief for a second and stared again - and there it was - the proud Korean flag + automechanic combo, which could only harken back to my memories of seeing the same in the original location closer to Palisades Park side of the same Rt. 46. I literally stopped by right away and there they were, like Professor X and the Beast in the X-Men movies quietly deliberating on plans to kick Magneto's ass, Mr. Kang and Mr. Choi(?) the owner - fine gents jus' doing their thang. Owner recognized me despite 10+ years having passed. As did Mr. Kang who immediately gave me the lowdown on my problem with battery and installed a new one, and my oft-dead car issue that plagued me for several months... solved. Other mechanics told me it could be alternator issue so they didn't want to sell me battery just to have the car dead the next day or so, and Mr. Kang just explained the $h%# out of those dudes to the stratosphere. BAMN. PEW-PEW! KAZAAM!!! Hasta la vista baby. All my clouds of confusion and worry - GONE with the wrench. *cue the scene of gunslinger holstering his smoking wrench back* "But Mr. Kang, what about what they told me about my timing belts that are so old? Any dangers?" Another lightning-fast Bruce Lee-esq explanation why I need not worry. BAMN! POW! 1-inch punched outta hell to the Andromedas. And this was all done within a few efficient minutes close to their closing time. I didn't have anymore fearful issues to inquire about. A nice handshake and a knowing smile, and a promise to return, and return the hell I shall. I don't have to second guess myself anymore on any more mechanical issues which I have plenty with my 2004 Acura TSX until I can get a new one after this ridiculous car inflation subsides. And then some with my new car, I can be sure counted to come ONLY to Tech Power. Screw dealers - I ain't going anywhere else and I don't need your watered-down coffee. If you've been struggling finding honest mechanics who're super experienced, can and WILL take time to EXPLAIN what they're doing, give you REASONABLE price, and CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS... look no further - come to Tech Power, your car's promised land foretold in the Car Bible. You really can't go wrong here. Or, if you wanna continue paying exorbitant price while feeling somewhat important sipping watered-down coffee... keep going to your dealership. :) (half joking, half not)

They said it would be around $200 which I thought was a tad bit higher considering Toyota Would've given me one for 150 but their waitlist was long so I decided to go ahead and book an appointment. There were no calls there were no updates. There was no "hey we found something that price has changed. Would you like us to address it?" I had to do all the calls and they were still mum about the price Reiterating it being about $200. That is until they finished their job on my car and suddenly it shot up to $293 without taxes included. Needless to say, I was shocked at that sticker price and they were less than caring a total shift from prior to that price changed So I guess if you want a $300 alignment no updates no calls. This is the place for you. But I was utterly disgusted at the lack of service lack of care in price stay very far away from this place
