I gave them another change to fix it. I left my car for another 2 days while they worked on it trying to get it together. When I called to see if it was ready (they didn't call me) I was basically told it was a big job to tear everything down and try to pin point the problem. Needless to say I took my car and got the hell outta there. There was no way I was giving them anymore money after paying a whooping $1700. They tried to charge me an additional $500 for a tune up! They charge dealer prices and the work is subpar. They must have their friends writing fake reviews because this place is horrible.

I got off the first exit that I was able to, and this was the first service station that I was able to see. I went in, told the my predicament, and they took me right away. I explained that I had my 6 month old kid sleeping in the car and that I needed to get this done as fast as possible. They let me keep my car on so my kid stayed asleep. They took the tire off 1-2-3, and put a patch in it. Took about 25 minutes then I was on my way. They charged me $30 but I gave the guy a $10 tip as a thank you for doing it so fast! I then hopped back into the car and drove on to my destination! I am so thankful for their super fast service!!!!!

Since owning the car I have always brought it in to Rich and Victor for every service. These guys know Porsches inside and out and they are very trustworthy. Ok, so sometimes you have to spend a few bucks to keep an older sports car in top running condition - but it's worth it with these guys and I know I'm doing way better than bringing it to a Porsche dealer. On my last service there, they had called to let me know they needed another day to finish the job. But when I explained I was going out of town the next day, they offered to stay late to finish the job. They even changed the oil and washed it. Great guys - great service.

The next morning, i called about my car at 750am, the man started yelling about why was my car left there in front of his work shed, I need to move it. I informed him, I was told to leave it there, and that the keys were there, you can move it. He then apologized for yelling because the night crew failed to leave my key and paperwork in the right area for the morning mechanics to fix. I went there 2 hours later, to complain to the boss, and the same man from the night before was there. Stating that he was his twin brother, he owned the place..
