On the date of 10/16/26 shortly before 6pm, I arrived at this car wash for service. I was second…read morein line and the gentleman in front of me was called to the counter by one of two Spanish females at the counter as I remained on line. Once the gentleman was completed paying for his service and left, I waited, because it appeared both females were busy. I waited, waited and waited at which time one of the females who later identified herself as "Leann" looked at me then started speaking Spanish to the other female. "LEANN", then says to me, are you waiting for something, i replied "yes", im waiting to be called so I can pay for my services. Leann then replied with a nasty disposition, "You have to walk up to the counter instead of just standing there". I then advise her that I have been coming to that car wash for the past 5 years consistently and ive also waited to be called up, as that was the instructions of other counter persons in the past. Leann, again with a nasty disposition responded, "No,no,no" while rolling her eyes. At that point I requested a manager instead of going down to her level of IGNORANCE. She responded she is the manager while rolling her eyes. I hope the owner of this car wash service reads and address this "Managers", poor customer service behavior and ger actions for having a disdain and disrespectful attitude towards a dedicated Customer of 5 years and who has reccommended family and friends to this establishment for a car wash. I've noticed from poor reviews of this business, no one from the ownership has read and responded to any of the reviews involving their employees. So its safe to say, I will not spend another cent in this business and the family and friends I have reccommended through the years, I will make sure they are aware of this piss poor behavior and steer them to one of the hundreds of car washes in the area! Leann is described as being approximately 90lbs., yes 90 pounds and having a bitter nasty attitude as if she didnt want to work at this business FYI to other customers who remain going to tjus establishment.
