This location always an issue..simple oil change and paid extra charge to tap off coolant..now my dashboard has an message check manual coolant level.. Called location , returned next morning.. to reset it..worker just came out and said you have a bad sensor... worker even checked mileage haven't changed much, wrote all info down, no one called..wasn't bad when i came here.. He told me what day and time he was in because he wanted to personally resolve it, and immediately knew who I was. Fixed my issue, and didn't charge me. I went to my Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The staff was pretty sure I didn't need one yet but they humored me and checked the fluid levels. Afterwards, they told me the oil was OK and didn't need to be changed. I had a concern about the windshield wiper and one gentleman checked it out. There was no charge even though they spent time with my car and talking to me, kindly explaining why it's important for me to drive the car, not let it sit unused. Had a break light bulb burn out and I felt unsafe driving,. I called Jiffy Lube in Roselle. A friendly voice told me that they check and change light bulbs as needed and to come right over. I have always had some reservations about going to a Jiffy Lube. Having seen news reports of some branches cheating customers and so on, I was still apprehensive as I pulled up to this branch. However, all the positive reviews in this listing gave me a bit of confidence, so in I went to get an oil change. While professional, the folks who work at this branch are very casual. They treat you like nothing is a big deal. I think they understand people are very nervous when talking about the inner workings of their vehicles, and every time I heard a mechanic talking to a customer, they were kind, calming and paid attention to their concerns. This was very reassuring. When I first pulled up, a gentleman listened to me yap about not having an oil change in forever. Then he escorted me to the waiting room. There was some coffee there and a rest room if you needed it. After about 15 minutes someone came in to review the checks they had run on my car. They looked at the air filter and various fluid levels and determined oil and transmission fluid were the only concerns. I told them to take care of both. They told me to come back in 20 minutes. Literally right next door is a McDonalds, so I went to grab a bite to eat and headed back and five minutes later I was good to go! Prices are average (I suspect across the industry). Since I did a synthetic oil change it was roughly $50. The transmission fluid job was $150. I would be happy to return to this location in the future. Went there for the first time today after an issue with Mavis on Westfield Ave (they had no one to open the shop and people were waiting outside for appointments they booked, including myself).... called Jiffy Lube and drove on over. Everyone was so nice and boy were they fast. They didn't try to up-sell you... they were honest.... and friendly. I will be getting my oil changed there from now on. read more

I've been going to this location now for a year and a half and have had great experiences every time. There is always a coupon on the website for an oil change, which is mostly what I go for. I personally feel like the employees are always honest with me about what is happening with my car and never pressure me to pay for something I'm not sure I want/need. read more

Not only did I get the oil change service I needed, John recognized I needed new front tires which were legit bald, and, without being pushy or trying to upsell me, he priced the tires and service in minutes. Thanks to the techs at Jiffy Lube, my car is running in great shape, at a reasonable price, and in a reasonable time frame; start to finish, it was about an hour and a half. read more

Do not go here!!!! I had an oil change done on my 328xi and when they changed the filter they didn't tighten it enough and now I see that the oil is leaking all over my engine. When I was there they couldn't reset the oil light so it took two hours for the oil change( I'm not joking ). They had to look it up on YouTube and they still couldn't do it so finally they called someone from a different location to come out and reset the oil light. The whole time they gave me an attitude and didn't understand why I was frustrated. The oil change is only supposed to take 30min not 2 hours. Save your Time and money and go somewhere where the employees have not knowledge about cars. read more

I'm only giving this place 1 star-I think the employee's there are not REAL mechanics, they would should have noticed if a vehicle's engine is running loud, it needs oil. Yes they drove the car and they should have realized it was shifting and needed struts and shocks. They even hooked it up to do a diagnostic work up. The ONLY knowledgeable person may be JOHN. They told my Son he needed brakes all around, I just got brakes put on the car 12/19/2020. We brought a 3 month warranty but noticed once a week he was having minor issues that he had to bring back to them. He's fed up and tired of looking at them and I'm tired of the excuses and nothing concrete was being done. I took the car back to my regular Mechanic that immediately noticed the car was out of oil hence the engine running so very loud. If Jiffy Lube's employees was REAL mechanics they would have caught that instead of wasting our time back and forth unnecessarily. These guys have always been great but this last time they went above and beyond replacing a couple of TPMS sensors that I desperately needed. I'd give this place less than a 1 star. First of we called ahead of time to ask how long realistically a oil change would take. They responded saying 10-15 mins. Our oil change took 3 HOURS! They broke our oil cap. Meanwhile they didn't tell us anything was wrong until we went outside to ask after a hour of waiting and then they insisted it's because the bolts were on too tight. I told them this better be free and they still charged us $188! Worst place ever and I would not recommend it! read more

They did point out other items that they felt needed replacement and were not pushy when I declined. Their prices on the items I did receive were very fair. The service was very quick and efficient. I used to have problems in the past with various Jiffy Lubes. However, this one is very close to me, so I thought let me give them one more chance. This was four years ago. I have been coming to this location for my oil changes and I have never been disappointed. I am told what needs to be done and when to get it done. The guys have been nothing but professional and get my car in and out. I took my car in today after having just put 4 brand new tires on yesterday at Walmart. I was told by Walmart that I had a very big oil leak. I was nervous what that meant and how much it would cost. Took the car in today amd was told told it is not big at all. They fixed it, added anti-freeze for me and changed my wipers. I left very happy. read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS JIFFY LUBE! I went here on Thursday for a routine oil change and tire rotation, per their suggestion. After twenty minutes, I paid and was on my way. When I started driving my car I immediately noticed that it was much louder. As soon as I put my foot on the gas, it sounded like I had no muffler! My car is only a year and a half old, and there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in. So I took it right back and explained the loud sound. A different worker was there, and he told me that it must be something wrong with the tire rotation. He told me to go wait inside yet again while they redid it. Not once was I apologized to, and I got the impression that he didn't even believe me. After they were done with the SECOND tire rotation, another different employee gave me my key and said I was all set. Again, no apology, no explanation, just that I was good to go. I get back in my car, and of course, the same sound is still there! I take it back, explain the problem AGAIN, but nobody could figure it out. Someone that I believe was the manager even told me everything sounded fine and he didn't hear anything wrong. He had me drive one of his employees around the block, and so I did. He heard how loud it was and had me take it back for them to look it over again, but nobody could figure out what was wrong with it and he "couldn't explain the sound." According to everyone there, everything was fine with my car and there was nothing wrong. Again, not once was I apologized to. I left and took my car to a mechanic, who told me that my tail pipe was pushed up against my floor pan which was causing the loud sound, which Jiffy Lube caused when they were changing my tires. Never again will I return to this or any location. All around it was an awful and unprofessional experience, and it's clear they have inexperienced workers who don't know what they're doing. read more
