First and last time going to this shop. After an uneventful day of searching for a shop to do a simple brake and rotor change I found this shop. Unfortunately after being charged nearly $400 they still did not do the job properly. The car felt slower after leaving the shop and after close inspection the brakes werent seated properly and the brakes were constantly applying pressure to the rotors. After taking the brakes off I also found that they put one half of the brakes on the wrong side of the car. On top of that they didnt even use the brake grease that comes with the parts. Complete and utter negligence on their part and their mechanics are completely incompetent. Save your money and find a trustworthy mechanic. An oversight like this would cause my brake and rotor to wear abnormally faster than what it should. This could also be extremely dangerous when the customer is driving on the highway and the brakes lock up. Oh and waiting for 3 hours and being charges extra because they had to get "special" brakes for my car. read more

Don't waste your time or money at this place. They don't clean your car properly and the service is poor.

I am in the process of relocating and I am looking for a new place to get a oil change and car wash (inside and out combo) so I did a little research and found a coupon to this place. Cleanliness: Very well maintained in the inside clean floors, clean sitting area, the windows were clean, no foul odors and there was a bathroom near by( I didn't check it out) Customer Service: I pulled up and had no clue where to go. Two gentlemen came out and asked if I needed assistance. Very nice! The lady at the counter was very nonchalant. I explained to everyone that I came in contact with,that I never been here before that way they don't assume that I know their routine. When the oil change was done i pulled around to get the car washed.. I got out of the car and proceeded to go back inside and the guy kinda shouted at me as if I was trying to leave without paying ( how can I leave.. you have my car). He asked me what do you want? I said excuse me? I just got an oil change. He said let me see your receipt.. no problem I showed him. He does his diligence with the receipt and asked me if I wanted to pay extra for oil on my tires.. I said no and he shoves the paper back in my hand and walked away. So I go inside to wait.. 2 mins later while I'm on the phone another gentlemen walks up to me and asks me for my receipt.. ummmm what's going on? I said for what? He said well didn't you get an oil change? Aren't you getting a wash? I told him another guy took my receipt already he says oh and walks away.. no apology.. what's wrong with these people? Now my car is finished and they motion me to come around to come and get it.. as I'm getting in my car .. another man blocked me and asks for my receipt!!!! WTF!! I don't understand it wasn't even packed there was me and another gentleman and he only got a wash. It's safe to say I'm NEVER coming back here again. read more

Went for an oil change today. Although old, car was working fine with no issues. One of the mechanics came and suggested to change the gas filter. Fair enough, although costed another 50 dollars. As I'm leaving, I noticed that the breaks pedal went all the way to the floor. Pumped again and same issue. Called the guy who made the oil change and pulled in again. He checks the car and surprise surprise the break line had a leak which didn't have when i arrived. After an argument, the guy that changed the gas filter stated "the car is old, not that we did that here" and when asked how much would be the repair, they ended up charging me another 120 dollars. What choice did I have? Drive without breaks? Did it happen there? It certainly did. Did someone screw up big time? Hard to say . Coincidence? Hard to say. I believe that for the price they charge for car washing they should do a better service. I've been there a couple of times due to it being conveniently close to my daughter's dance school, definitely won't be going back. They charge about 17 bucks with tax for a compact car wash but they don't clean the windows/windshield well. The ashtrays/cup holder are never cleaned and mine happen to be removable. Their vacuuming totally suck! They don't remove any car mats. They rush to dry your car without thoroughly seeing if they did a good job. I hope people don't waste their money going there. read more

I have been to many car washes, but for $7 (or free with oil change) you cannot beat the great wash, that comes with vacuum service, inside wipe down and hand towel dry for spot elimination. I paid $12 just for a wash, (in Roselle) that I had to do myself! A place on 1/9 in Elizabeth as well as on McCarter Highway, Newark have a night wash for $6 and you dry it and vacuum it yourself. They (Castrol) have a coupon for a reasonable oil change. You just have to keep in mind, they are a business and they will advise you what else you need done to your car. I always listen but say no thanks, especially for things like "black oil means a special cleaner", or they suggest you get a transmission flush. Do your research on that. Just say no if you are in doubt. read more

Im a girly-girl. Hate getting this stuff done. This was a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Gave me advice without trying to "sell me". Clean and comfortable environment. I'd recommend them highly. read more

My regular mechanic was fully booked. Since I got a coupon for $19.5 oil change I decided to give this place a try. Once I got there the guy told me I need an engine flush or my engine is going to fail. After that he determined that my servo oil looks dirty. I accepted his offer which was $140. Few days after, I learned from my mechanic that the engine flush was not necessary since I change my oil regularly and that he changed my servo oil a month ago when he was changing an o-ring on my servo pump. For the $129 "professional" air-condition service, they use one of those cheap and unreliable A/C recharge kits that you can get from Walmart for $30. If you are looking for a good quality service, go elsewhere. read more
