That isn't even my biggest issue. From the moment this all occurred I have been in contact with their regional manager rich. Had conversation with him over the phone and thru text. He spoke about an investigation, to which i gave him the mechanic contact information. he never reached out. Last thing he said once you have trucked looked at on Aug. 17th send over information. so today on the 18th I sent him the invoice. He response in 5 minutes flats and basically told me to kick rocks, thru text of course. To be honest I am not aggravated with the outcome. I am with the way it was handled. was being told it was investigated; HOW DO YOU DO this without speaking to the mechanic. All the information that i provided him. just an overall bad experience. I am aware that me writing this won't help in anyway. But, just would like people to know. we all have are bad days.

In the last year, I've had them replaced my rear brakes and rotor, change and install all 4 of my tires, patch a tire that had a nail in it, along with a synthetic oil change. Huy has done wonderful work for all of them. I've also built a nice rapport with Thanh, the front desk person. A few weeks back, when there was huge snow storm which cause many downed trees, ice felt on my car while I was driving and cracked my entire windshield. I gave Thanh a call, and even though they don't do glass repair, he gave me a price estimate on what windshield replacements usually cost, so I get the best deal when searching. Compared to the Kia dealership prices, I've saved greatly by going to these guys.

You would think when they're drying the car someone would spray something and do a good job rubbing that out. But no there's blotches all over the car and the windshields. Five or six people hand drying the car and not one of them thinks to rub out and he left over dirt or burp poop or treeberry marks? I was impressed how polite Sam was with each and every customer. He explained throughly what was wrong with the vehicle and what should be done to fix it. I presented two different coupons that I found online. This helped to keep my cost down. I thought my blinker light bulb had to be replaced but Sam informed me that is was only a loose wire which they connected at no charge. I also liked the fact when my car was ready it was driven right up to the front door. Besides mechanical work, STS sells all different types and makes of tires.
