I called and spoke to Zach and we agreed on a price so I made my appointment to come in. It was Zach's knowledge on installing "Caliper, Rotor and Brake kits" that made me comfortable in giving him my business. When I left it was Zach's honesty and quality work that made me at ease. Installing new brake kits is a bit nerve racking since if done incorrectly can cause you to be hurt badly. Zach not only knew how to install this special kit, but did the job right. I also asked him to put aside my old calipers since I will be getting my core deposit back once I mail in. Zach not only put it aside, but placed them in the original boxes and packaged them for me. So my hands did not get dirty at all. Zach stated to me he was experienced in many aftermarket installs.
