I really didn't want to go back to the place where I purchased my tires for repair because the last time I had a damaged tire they insisted I needed a new one. Even at a pro-rated price, that was NOT in my budget this week! I drive by Mt. Arlington Service Center almost daily but have never had occasion to use it. So, this morning, I stopped by without an appointment to see if they thought the tire was repairable. They said it was, so after doing some local errands I stopped by to pick it up. They told me that the rim was slightly damaged and the tire was leaking air so they had needed to do a simple repair. They re-installed the repaired tire and filled my other three tires while I waited and charged me a fair, reasonable price for doing so. I really appreciated their honesty in not trying to sell me a new tire and willingness to simply repair my damaged tire expeditiously. It was much appreciated. I will definitely consider returning for any future repair or service needs!

Someone wrote on their page they went there with a coupon and gave a bad review. Since Ledgewood Car Care doesn't offer coupons, that person got mixed up with another place. I have been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable and don't try and sell me other services. If I do need something that I am unaware of they print out a form to let me see it and make up my mind if I want it or not. I trust these guys with my life! My wife goes there and even a few of my local friends go there.

Manager Mario was dismissive and rude today, refusing any accountability and demanding another $600 to fix his own failed work. The Math: I went to a competitor who replaced the entire system and did an oil change for $450 total. Ledgewood wanted $600 for just one pipe. They are charging a 150% markup on parts that don't last. Even their own website is currently filled with complaints about the police being called and poor service. As a local business owner, I am appalled by this lack of ethics. Save your money and go elsewhere.
