I went to Prospect Corner Exxon this afternoon to put air in one of my tires. I went into the convenience store associated with the gas station and asked for a refund. A man behind the counter refused but said I could get a refund by calling the phone number on the machine. I went back outside to get the number but there was none, so I went back inside and repeated my request for a refund. The man behind the counter told me to speak to one of the pump attendants, whom he indicated was the boss. I did this but the attendant/boss also refused to give me a refund with words to the effect that he would tear the air pump out of the ground before he would give me a refund. Needless to say, I will never go back to Prospect Corner Exxon.

Went in to repair what should have been an easy fix. Got an oil change, then a repair. After calling the owner he said to bring it back. Then he wanted to charge me another 600 + 1500! When I asked for a refund or at least partial refund he refused.
