I visited 525 Eagle Rock Ave, Roseland, NJ 07068 to fill up around 8:36 PM with my wife and two young children in my car. The attendant working the gas pump who helped me was not wearing a mask when he approached my car to get my card and fill up my car. We are anxious about COVID because we have people in our family who have compromised health conditions. So, I cracked my driver side window and slipped my card through to let him service the vehicle. My wife became concerned about him not wearing a mask and requested that I ask the attendant to place the card on the car hood so I could retrieve it after he finished. Upon the attendant's return I politely asked him to place the card on the car hood through my closed window because he still wasn't wearing a mask. The attendant angrily forced my car door open, screamed in my face "Here is your f*$#ing card! Get the f*#k out of here!" And threw my card at me. This really scared my children and my wife, and exposed us to this man in a way that we are not comfortable with during a pandemic. I don't see a policy posted to the Lukoil website regarding what people should expect during the pandemic when utilizing their gas stations - if attendants will wear masks or not. But this mans behavior is completely out of line and even dangerous. He should not be forcing a customer's door open, shouting profanities at customers in front of young children, and he should take a customers health concerns seriously given the COVID situation. I would suggest avoiding this station specifically, and maybe other Lukoil locations as they apparently do not care about the safety of their customers, and have poor hiring practices. read more
