Ah, Costco gasoline- what keeps this country running with affordable gas! Open from 6am-10pm most weekdays, this thing keeps my car running! Yes the lines are long, but these folks do what they can do make it a smooth process. They recently coned off the one two way driving because of the lines which seems to make things more efficient. I would try avoiding lunch hours, it seems to be busy time to get gas then. read more

Costco gas is the primary fuel station I go to, even if I'm not picking up anything from Costco. This particular Costco gas, (which I only just learned had a separate page) is the best one I've been to, and I've been to a handful of them around the state. It has lots of pumps and attendants so even when it is crowded, the lines go fairly quickly. I also like how it's relatively close to the actual Costco as opposed to some of the other Costco's. I think this might be because this Costco gas is a bit newer, being built a few years ago. The layout is also welcoming you can get Gas then shop or shop then get gas because of how it's location and the roads to get to and from it. If you're out on Route 22 or doing some Costco shopping, drive over and fuel up. read more

One of the great things about Costco's gas station is that it consistently offers low prices on all grades of fuel it offers, and most of the service attendants are personable, lovely people, which sometimes we fail to realize in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. (A simple greeting goes a long way!) There are two gasoline grades, regular 87 octane and premium 92 octane, if I recall correctly. Costco doesn't mess around with all the middle grades of fuel, opting for maximum value in its fewer options, which is just fine for most modern motorists. (Note: It's important to read your manual and follow the manufacturer's recommendations in new or old cars alike.) With the age of our 1998 Volvo, regular use of lower-than-optimal gasoline grades has resulted in burned-out valves, as the brand's online community will attest to, so we go for the recommended octane. Our newer 2004 Volvo runs beautifully, and we'd like to keep it that way. read more

This Costco Gas station is relatively new. It has an entrance right near US 22 or you should maneuver through the Costco parking lots. I love that there are three rows of three gas pumps, thus serving 9 cars at a time. This definitely reduces the waiting time and I was so glad. The workers will actually help the cars in a group of three. When I went there, the purpose who helped me was incredibly nice and had the best manners. read more

Location has 18 gas pumps and is conveniently located off of Rt. 22. However the attendants are rendition of The Three Stooges and Laurel and Hardy...IYKYK. They are in dire need of management. Nonetheless at less than $4/gallon, I'll be back. read more

I never wanted to go here in fear of it being too busy and out of the way. I went here two weeks ago after I went to the gym (the LA fitness). It was actually super easy to get here from the La fitness, because you don't have to make a U-turn or anything. I went there, and told the lady it was my first time there, and she was super friendly and explained everything to me. They don't take cash, but even then the prices are cheaper than all the other local gas stations when you pay cash. It was quick and easy! I'll definitely be using this gas station after the gym more often! Definitely recommend this gas station. read more

So the prices at this Costco station are great for the area. HOWEVER, & I'm typing that word in caps for a significant reason, there is some kind of card skimming that has happened to me at least twice at this specific location. I'm not sure who exactly is doing it and I won't even begin to try and blame anyone there because I've had a different attendant every time and they've been perfectly casual and cordial, they might not even be privy to what's happening. My advice? Get gas if you want, but PLEASE watch your card activity. read more

I should probably give the station a 5star rating, but today I had a bad experience, because I'm never happy when people do things I ask them not to. Today, I pulled in, (nice clean station, no one at the pump - surprising) and I immediately got out of the car to open my tank myself. But the attendant got there first...and had a very puzzled look when I asked him to let me do it. I have had MANY bad experiences with the NJ law that does NOT allow you to pump your own gas...from broken gas caps (plural) to gas spilled down the side of my car (one time gas spewed all under my car and the two gallons or so cost me $5!) and the very often getting the lower grade so my check engine light comes on....so I do as much of this process as I can for myself. That way it's on me. But today, Gary (I beleive) took umbrage at my request to step aside while I got ready for him to put the nozzle in (as is all the law requires). Ironically, this came about because "Gary" is probably a good worker, with integrity, but I'm the customer, and I requested he NOT do something. I didn't need the talking back, or the ridiculous defense of "we're trained to provide this as a service". Service is respecting my asks, like when I ask you to do nothing, not go above and beyond, just do nothing. I don't understand why that is so hard. If you are particular, this place is usually good, as per my last 7-8 visits, I have pumped my own gas, which I love. If you are lazy, this place is PERFECT for you. Clean, fast, good gas, good prices. But if you're like me, and careful with your car, you had better be careful. Watch out for Gary! read more
