One black african guy was just playing around left me waiting for almost 5 minutes. I gave him the money and next thing I realized he never put my gas for me. I told him and he ask me for a receipt. Which he didn't even give me one. When he called his other coworker he told me that the guy is new and I know he's lying because I go there alot. The other guy asked him of he asked me for a receipt he said he never ask me about any receipt. They stole my money and he swore he put the gas for me. They have terrible customer service and they'll steal your money. Be care when you go there. I'm going to make a police report against them or I can let them just enjoy that 15 bucks.

When I asked the guy who "works" here when the real Coffee is gonna be ready he just disappeared into the back where I can only assume the break room is located. LOL!! So my choices were between their seasonal Caramel something or Decaf. Keep in mind it's like 7 in the morning and customers are starting to get pissed off over here and still none of the employees are brewing anything. Anyway long story shortened I had to settle for that Caramel Coffee which totally sucks but lucky for them at least someone up in here had enough common sense and decency to bake a fresh batch of breakfast sandwiches. I'm thinking "Employee of the Month" or even, dare I say "Management Material"  LOL!! Whatever the case is 3 stars for the Sausage Biscuit Sizzli Sandwich. My receipt says one price and then my credit card shows two purchases, one for the receipt price and another for a dollar. It's only a dollar, but still, that's just dishonest and sketchy. There was a truck at the first gas pump. I pulled around the truck and backed into the second gas pump spot. Yes, I could've gone to the other pump on the other side, and I probably should have but I didn't. Immediately, Kumar starts shouting, "Are you well?! Did you drink your coffee today?! Are you asleep?! Don't you see the truck behind you?!". I simply told him to "have patience with me, please, as I figure this out". He continues to complain saying that I need to go home and get some sleep. I finally pull into the spot and yet again, he questions me, "Where are you going? Back home to sleep? Or to work? Are you good?". I said, "Can you please fill my tank so I can be on my way". I am appalled at the lack of patience people have. I made a mistake and probably shouldn't have backed into the spot. Needless to say, this made me feel incredibly upset and I will not return here again. This is the most convenient Exxon location since I live right in town. I will miss seeing Freddy, as he has always been kind and considerate. Kumar's behavior is shameful. I hope he finds patience with customers in the future and can learn how to help them instead of berate them.

I understand if this was a gas station with a little store inside that only sells oil and windshield fluid, air refreshers etc... and they don't allow you to use the bathroom is understandable. It's a full store that sell breakfast lunch or dinner as well as snacks. I ask the person if I can you the bathroom and he was very very rude. Why stop in 711 when you can go to WAWA same selection of food and always has bathrooms available.

It has lots of pumps and attendants so even when it is crowded, the lines go fairly quickly. I also like how it's relatively close to the actual Costco as opposed to some of the other Costco's. I think this might be because this Costco gas is a bit newer, being built a few years ago. The layout is also welcoming you can get Gas then shop or shop then get gas because of how it's location and the roads to get to and from it. If you're out on Route 22 or doing some Costco shopping, drive over and fuel up.
