I went into the convenience store associated with the gas station and asked for a refund. A man behind the counter refused but said I could get a refund by calling the phone number on the machine. I went back outside to get the number but there was none, so I went back inside and repeated my request for a refund. The man behind the counter told me to speak to one of the pump attendants, whom he indicated was the boss. I did this but the attendant/boss also refused to give me a refund with words to the effect that he would tear the air pump out of the ground before he would give me a refund. Needless to say, I will never go back to Prospect Corner Exxon.
