I called the local Brooklyn Pep Boys, they said I'd have to come in and get a ticket and then they would see me to get wiper fluid in about 90 min from the time I get the ticket. Am I in an alternative universe?! What is happening? So I just randomly called this Sunoco and a super friendly guy answered the phone. He said "no problem. Come on over," or something like that. I drove there and he freaking greeted me without me getting out of the car. He could obviously tell I was the frantic girl w/ a wiper fluid issue. I don't know squat about cars. I asked if I could see were he pulled the lever to release the hood, and my request for a tiny car maintenance lesson was granted. He put the wiper fluid in; he did it all super quick. The whole thing was beautiful. In & out in less than 5 min and customer service is 100%. THIS is where I'll always stop on my way to Costco now. Kudos!

I was on empty though, so it had to do. FYI: it is off of a street that is VERY busy and had a median running down the middle (Flatbush Ave), so you may have to do a U-turn to get into the lot if you're coming from the wrong side. There are only certain turns that allow U-turns, but google maps helped us find the right one.

Customer service here is one of the worst I've ever had, especially from the manager or the owner, skinny tall guy . It happened to me a couple times where I use the cappuccino machine and it stops working Then he comes and says the machine is perfectly working meanwhile, the coffee has no coffee but milk, then when he tested the machine turns to be broken or something wrong with it. Instead of saying, sorry or apologizing, i get a nasty attitude from him every time. In this establishment they don't even know what smile is.
