My insurance covers $300.00. They instructed me to a wall with about 10 frames that were cheap looking and cost about $20.00 so they're trying to tell me I have to pay $280.00 for single vision lenses that are just for reading. When I asked again, I was told yes, this is what they covered. Would not break down the lenses and frames separately. I called a few optical stores and the going prices for regular single vision polycarbonate lenses are between $60.00 to $120.00 dollars so are they trying to charge $180.00 dollars for frames that look like mediicaid frames. Do not buy glasses from this place and shop around as they are trying to rip off customers. I understand making a profit but cheap looking frames for almost $200.00, I don't think so. Reading glasses in pharmacy look better than these frames.

I telephoned again and was finally able to speak to someone to make an appointment, and after they asked for my insurance information they put me on hold for exactly 11 minutes and 24 seconds. I only know this because I called while at the gym and that is what the timer on my phone stated. Again, as a doctor I would not want my staff to have anyone on hold for that long.
