We started with hot wings with raspberry diablo sauce- not super diablo but had a good flavor and the wings were cooked perfectly. I the opted for the 6oz tenderloin filet, cooked to medium temp. I selected the sweet corn tamale and loaded mashed potatoes for my sides. I also added the 'shroom,onion,and gorgonzola topping to my steak. This was not so much a topping, but an entire skillet in and of itself- see pic. It was too much for a 6oz steak. The steak was great as expected.
