Bitetto Tow & Service - Car left in alley by tow truck driver. - Towing Near Me - Riverside, California

Tony was sent out to tow my car to a body shop today. I was in an accident a little over a week ago. So far he's been the only kind and compassionate person I've dealt with through this entire experience. He completely went out of his way to treat my car like I would treat my car. The driver that dropped it off in front of my house was so rude and left it about a mile away from the curb. (That was hope towing) if I could request this company any time I needed help, I would. A little kindness in this cruel world goes a long way. read more

Had the unfortunate pleasure of being towed yesterday and I must say, Dylan killed it! Extremely professional, knew exactly how to handle my car (requires a flat bed and is really low). He had ramps ready to go, handled my car amazingly and got my girlfriend and I home real fast. Thank you, Dylan! If I'm in the area and need something ever again I will request this place from my AAA service. read more

Bitetto Tow & Service - My 2017 Ford Focus RS with a dead alternator - Towing Near Me - Riverside, California

Today my truck broke down on the way to work. I was not taking well at all. Called AAA and a tow truck was dispatched. Long story thought it was my battery, so Bitetto sent a battery assistance truck. Turned out to be my alternator. The driver quickly requested another truck for the tow and stayed until the other truck arrived. The drivers where; Connor and Adam. These guys where awesome. They cheered me up while taking care of everything. I have never met more professional people!! Thank you Bitetto Towing and AAA. read more

My car experienced a flat tire on the 60 fwy and I had to pull over to the emergency lane and contact AAA. It took about 30 minutes which in my terrified eyes (while sitting in my tiny Scion), felt like forever but it was due to towing companies declining service. Bitetto's did not decline and when they arrived, they had two trucks to assist. They were able to get my spare on quickly and processed my account with AAA before arriving so that I could get back on the freeway without having to show my card or sign. They were amazing! Thank you! read more

I just got off the freeway at Van Buren and pulling off from the light my car stopped going into gear. I gave them a call and they had a driver out in less than 30 minutes. Tony was friendly and professional. Took very good care of my car and made sure I was good. Five stars all the way. read more

Called AAA for battery service, told will be in 30 minutes, Aaron from Bitetto came in less than 10 minutes, it is unbelievable. Aaron checked battery and replace it with a brand new one since my AAA battery is still under warranty. He checked my tires and remind me the tires are very low, needs to be replaced soon especially when Summer is coming. How good service!! read more

Truly the best tow experience I've had. My tire blew when I was driving with my son. For some reason my car didn't have a spare so had to be towed. I was connected to Bitetto through AAA, they were absolutely wonderful! From the woman that called to confirm and the driver they went completely out of their way to make it easy on me. So grateful to them for making a really shitty day instantly less stressful! read more

All of the tow truck dispatchers in Orange County must have been busy because AAA dispatched Bitetto all the way from Riverside to get me. They told me that it would be a 50 minute wait to get to me off the 91 east right after the 241. Luckily Freeway Service Patrol pulled me off the freeway and I was able to meet up Angel from Bitetto Tow & Service at the nearest exit earlier than planned. Angel was really sweet and polite and reassuring in my time of chaos. The Bitetto tow truck is really high tech so I can definitely see why they have a contract with AAA. Angel was able to secure my car with a controller with much ease compared to the more basic tow trucks. While we were drive near any dips or bumps in the road, Angel was very careful to maneuver the tow truck and its' control not to scratch the bottom of my car since Civics are so low. I learned a long time ago not to tow to the nearest dealership. It's such a hassle to get back after the diagnosis so I actually asked for Angel to tow me back to Metro Honda which is closer to home. I had called Metro Honda earlier in the evening with my initial observation so they were expecting us. We got back just right before closing time and Angel was very professional and made sure I was okay before he left. Throughout the years of calling in AAA for my needs and also for when my friends are stranded, this was probably the most pleasant towing experience possible. read more

I got scheduled with this tow service through AAA. I have to say the kindness that Abraham showed when he came to tow my car, was incredible and I needed that since I was in a bad situation. He actually came to tow my car even though his air conditioning went out and he was on his way to get a different truck. He apologized more than once that the truck was warm. He made me feel comfortable right away and wasn't a bit upset that my car was in a different location then called in. (I was towed my Riverside County service so I didn't get hit on the freeway) He did his job professionally, confirmed I had a ride after my car was towed and even opened the door for me. This company is lucky to have such a great employee who cares about his customers. read more

Best towing/service company that AAA uses. Christina, Alex, and Isaac are extremely helpful and professional. They are all an asset to this company. They not only provide excellent service, but give updates on the technicians location and estimated time of arrival. read more

Very disappointed in this company. They were contracted for me by AAA and when they came out they were unwilling to tow. My vehicle looks lower than it is so I understand that there may have been worry for cause of damage, which I was ok with and willing to sign off on. The fact that upper management wouldn't allow me to do that proves that they must damage a lot of vehicles if they are unwilling to allow me to sign the document. Why even have a document to sign if you won't let customers sign it. I wouldn't trust this company and the people that run it even if I owned a $500 car. They are useless. The driver was great though. Nicest guy. Felt bad that upper management had to make him be the bad guy instead of telling me directly. read more

Do not trust these people. Called AAA to have my vehicle towed and someone from their team proceeded to steal my jumper box that was in the vehicle. WORST COMPANY EVER. I called aaa to tow my car somewhere and Bitetto showed up to tow and didn't even use my AAA membership. I was charged for towing when I didn't even request Bitetto to tow! AAA sends Bitetto out for my dead battery and the guy tells me he has a battery with him to replace the one in my car that won't start. I suggest he test my battery first to make sure that was the problem. He says "oh yeah" and it does turn out to be the battery. Tells me the price of the new battery, I have him talk to my husband and we decide to go ahead with the battery because my Mom is ill and I just need to get her medication to her at her Assisted Living facility. He takes out my battery (had to remove air filter and other stuff to get to it) and then realizes he doesn't have a battery for my car. He calls around and can't find a battery. Personally, I think he should have made sure he had a replacement battery with him before he pulled the old one out of the car. Anyhow, he puts the old battery back in and jump starts the car. Wasted over an hour of my time!! My husband found the right size battery at Costco and will pick it up and install it when he gets home from work. Very unprofessional company - I have filed a complaint with AAA read more

After I used their tow service, the towing hook cover on the bumper was missing which cost 80$. When I called them they assured me they would talk to the driver and call me back or they would reimburse my cost. They never called me back. I left several messages they never returned my call. Finally we reached their manager Javier who was very rude he called my husband a liar and he blamed the BMW service center stealing the part and selling to black market. Do not use their service. They are terrible. If you are going to arrange a tow through AAA ask them not to send a tow truck from this company called Bitetto Tow Service. read more

More than anything, disappointed. The driver drove over the big chain they have on the bed of the truck with my car. At the angle of the bed the bumper makes first contact before the tires. Literally rolled over the chain with the bumper. I heard it crunch and went to look at it. There was a huge scratch that took a good chunk of paint of plus some circular scratches. It was late and I didn't want to make it a big deal I just needed my car towed out of there. Instead of confronting the driver I decided to take a picture of the damage the next morning and contact the office to let them know about the damage. Long story short because I didn't complain at the moment it happened they said they couldn't do anything for me. Said would get back to me, never did. Thats ok Ill take the loss and responsibility for not speaking up until the next day. If covering the damages that your driver caused is not affordable for you and you can't be accountable I suggest training them better so they know how to load a car. I got it towed a few days later by another company and it was a completely different experience. read more

My husband was in an accident January 28th 2019. Bitetto came to help get my Jeep off the freeway and to their lot until our insurance company could assess the situation regarding fixing it or totalling it out. What I love about these guys is that the officer was going to leave my husband on the freeway with no way home because they cancelled the ambulance my husband so badly needed after a roll over accident. The tow truck driver told my husband he could take him somewhere because what the officer did was not ok and he did not feel right leaving him on the freeway with no way to get somewhere safe. So my husband asked the guy if he could just take him to the exit so he could call me to pick him up. The tow guy went above and beyond by taking my husband all the way home to Corona off Green River Road because there was no way I could get to my husband due to his accident causing a sig alert on the 91W. So, I went to the lot to get our personal belongings from the car and Anthony was there to show me where the car was. He looked at my face after seeing the car for the first time in person since the accident and said he didn't mind helping me get the stuff out since there was a lot of glass and he didn't want me to get cut. He showed me each piece of pointless paper that was in the car one by one and helping me bag our belongings. He really did not have to do that but he did and it made a difference because at the moment I wanted to cry after seeing the severity of the accident my husband was in and finding our beloved Jeep Renegade just wrecked. Thank you Bitetto for being an awesome company with people who care about other people. You guys turned our lemon of a situation into lemonade by being good human beings. read more

Great service from Cathy B and the team at Bitetto, they helped my son and I out in the middle of the night and were there in minutes!

Worst experience with this company. I am still on the side of the road thanks to them. Phoned into AAA with a flat tire, they dispatched Bitetto Tow, the driver accidentally drove by and then their Dispatcher Rebecca called to tell me that they drove by and it looks like this is about a mile out of their zone so going to cancel the tow. Unreal how inconsiderate and incompetent this company is, no wonder they already have poor reviews. read more

Cecille Chan* 0 min ago I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bitteto Towing personnel a few times, and each time, the service was fantastic. The attitude, efficiency and out right kindness of Bitteto's personnel never cease to amaze me. Where does this company find these very good people, the cream of the crop? Today, Norberto came to tow my car to the shop. Instead, he reset my car's computer, and it was good to go. He patiently taught me how to do it next time I have the same problem. The man was so kind that even my neighbor approached him to give him a bottled water. My neighbor said he would've given him a beer, but he was driving. I certainly hope AAA keeps their contract with Bitteto. Thank you, Norberto! read more

Triple A had dispatched them to come tow my vehicle after a traffic collision on the 91 freeway. Triple A told me it would take up to an hour for them to arrive. 30 min after I got off the phone with triple A I received a call from Clay. He stated that he doesn't have any trucks to dispatch out and that I'm not in their area(and that is completely understandable) when he told me that I ASKED HIM "do I need to call triple A and let them know??" CLAY SAID "no don't worry I'll take care of it" so I waited for more than 2 hours after my phone call with clay and nothing so I call triple A again and they tell me that the call was canceled by the towing company (clay) and was never rescheduled... so basically I could have waited till the next day and no one would have showed up. I called clay back and he wouldn't take responsibility and hung up in my face. Like other reviews I've seen here, the driver was excellent. (AFTER WAITING OVER 2 HOURS) The call from Leslie the next day was not. She calls from a "private number" and says her name and then asks about a service call I had with AAA. (I HAD ANOTHER "SERVICE CALL" ABOUT MY CAR) I asked where/what company are you calling from before I give any info. She asked 3 times without giving any info until I asked what is this specifically about and THEN she says she calling from the "tow company" for my call from yesterday. She never said the name of the company. (I had talked to 2) I finally just told her the driver was excellent. You are rude! You're wanting info from me without telling me the name of your company and calling from a "private number??" As I was asking that last part she said "thank you, bye! and hung up.
