Went for a weekend to San Fran with my son for my birthday in February. I swear we couldn't find any good food while we were there for the weekend. We were a on a time constraint so I was a little worried that it would take a while for them to make all of our sandwiches (there was about 8 of us) but suprisingly all of our sandwiches came out super quick so I was very happy about that! Delivery experience was A-OK; food arrived a little before estimated time, all items were included, no spillage, warm items weren't cold, etc. Unfortunately, Quality of food was disappointing... My order was Vegetarian Bite sandwich, Turkey Club wrap and "Soup" (rolled the dice on this one, heh). Vegetarian sandwich wasn't great, which is disappointing since it's the only veggie option on the menu. The hummus+avocado combo didn't do it for me; I would have preferred doubling down on either one (Hey, this would effectively *double* the veggie alternatives on the menu!). Roasted peppers+sun dried tomatoes are both very flavorful on the sweet spectre and collided taste-wise. Same goes for canned mushrooms+hummus, both sorta acidic and again taste collision. I would recommend making your own vegetarian sandwich. (Hint to the sandwich makers; you may be carnivores, but I still expect you to dog-food your veggie options util you find them satisfactory.) Turkey club wrap was pretty good; granted I felt like I was mostly eating turkey and cheese. "Soup" turned out to be Clear chicken soup. From a can. (Could tell from consistency of carrots and the concentrated chunk of flavor stuff at the bottom). I originally ordered there for a quick last minute lunch -- mainly because sandwiches are easy and because Bite is located so close to my home -- and my boyfriend and I were not disappointed! I ordered the Day After Thanksgiving and my boyfriend got Vinny's Bag of Doughnut and we each loved our sandwich. They come cut in half and they're huge! We have to say it did NOT disappoint. We ordered the Cobb salad and the Caesar salad with chicken including two drinks, all this add up to $29. The dressing for both the salad was what stood out. This used to be my go to spot for sandwiches but not so much anymore. Ive been going here well over 10 years and never ever had an issue here until lately. The last few times ive ordered her my order always gets messed up. I dont make crazy complicated orders i always ask for no pickles and no mustard on my sandwich. Imstead every single time the workers always manage to give me everything i request not to be on my sandwich. Are they not writing this down as i order wtf? On top of that my sandwich at times comes back soggy and wet. I live like 3 blocks away how is my sandwich so wet when i order in store while waiting for my food. Bite is our new favorite spot! We just moved to the neighborhood and have already been to Bite a half-dozen times. Their sandwiches are generous, piled high with fresh ingredients and dripping with flavor. For making them fresh to order, their turnaround is really fast. My favorite is the Cuban, which is on par with pretty much any Cuban I've had in the city, and their soups and chili are also great. Plus, they're open late! We haven't made it out to grab a sandwich in the wee hours, but it's so nice knowing it's open late, should we ever need it. read more

Ordered a country melt and a gotti but had a hard time deciding because all the combinations sounded amazing! The cashier was friendly and fast, and the sandwich maker was fast as well. Things you must try: the gouda good is my go-to, it's rotisserie chicken, smoked gouda and a peppercorn sauce of some kind on a Dutch crunch roll.
