After a VERY unfortunate at home groom attempt, I called Bitches N Bubbles to help me out with evening out my puppy's hair and they were so kind. Aaron helped us out and he was very patient, understanding, and he clearly cared a lot about making sure my dog and I had a great experience. 100/5 stars would be the more appropriate rating. Thank you so much Aaron! We will be coming back!
I love them. Very friendly, all the groomers do exact what I ask and my pup is well taken care of
Superb service for my Pup Benjie. Been coming for a handful of times now, and his groom always comes out perfect. Would highly recommend.
Aaron C. did such a great job on our malti-poo, Miss Princess. He was very gentle and welcoming, even offering a treat on the way out. My kids were really happy to see how great our Princess was treated and cut by Aaron. Good cut, considering she was pretty mangy prior. Thanks again bitches!
Where do I begin? The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by Kyla (who happened to be who we were scheduled with). My ElliGirl took an instant liking to her. We chatted briefly and I let Kyla know I wanted every service available for my baby. She did not try to upsell services, even though I would've gladly agreed. EL & Kyla went to the grooming area and I set myself up in the waiting area to watch a movie on my IPad. Did I mention they have free guest Wi-Fi? I was also offered beverages several times and checked on to make sure I was well and comfy. The entire staff was friendly & so we're most of the clients. One client even sat and chatted with me while he enjoyed a nice flute of champs. I snuck peaks at my baby girl who looked pleasantly relaxed each time I played spy. It looked like a total spa day for her. When I knew she was almost done I went to the nearby market. I was completely unmissed because when I came back my little girl was still happily vibing with her new friend. I saw people use the self service wash which looked amazingly stocked. I usually self wash my baby somewhere else, but decided she was at a point where we would both benefit from a real groomer. So glad we did. When all was said and done Elli looked amazing! Her double coat was fully blown out! Shiny shiny shiny! Her nails were beautifully trimmed. She came out happy, bandanad, bowed and bedazzled! Total love this for her. Do yourselves and fur babies a favor and bring them here.
I am very reluctant and careful who I give my baby girl too. Looking at the reviews and hairstyles of the dogs made me go with the grommer: Kody. Her taking into consideration my girls needs of being sensitive to the clippers she was very compassionate and did exactly what I wanted. So happy to get Riri's hair done in Bitches N bubbles! She is definitely coming back!(Note: had to wash her again on the drive home she was so excited to see me)
I absolutely love this place, our groomer Estefani is amazing! She is the best! Our dog can get a bit fiesty and she is able to work with him and do all his grooming services. I appreciate her services and my doggy even tried to give her a hug today! I 1000% recommend this place. Pricing is good, there is always street parking, and the staff is great.
Aaron is the best. Always takes care of my dog and he looks awesome all the time. The prices are reasonable and the staff are excellent. Great place to take your dog, you won't be disappointed.
We took all three of our dogs to Bitches N Bubbles for the first time, and I'm genuinely blown away by how good the whole experience was, not just the grooming, but the customer service too. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming. Maddie groomed our Pomeranian and absolutely nailed it! the cut is perfect, the fluff is gorgeous, and the color came out so beautiful. Alex took care of our two Shih Tzus and did an incredible job as well. Their cuts are clean, even, and the little pops of color on their tails came out adorable. rom check-in to pick-up, everything felt easy, smooth, and super friendly. If you want a groomer who treats your pups like their own and delivers top tier results, this is the place. We're officially obsessed and will be back for every grooming from now on.
We had a wonderful experience bringing Roohi here! I really appreciated that they are completely crate-free and don't keep pets waiting for hours after drop-off. They honor your appointment time and start working on your pet right away, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. A special shoutout to Stef, who was absolutely amazing with Roohi. She was kind, attentive, and did an incredible job with her groom. The team was super efficient, and Roohi looked adorable and was ready much quicker than expected. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a caring, stress-free grooming experience for your furry friend!
The coolest, hippest dog grooming spot around. Honestly, I'm jealous of my Golden Retriever Ruby for the luxury experience she gets here!! I was on the hunt for the perfect dog groomer and tried a couple of recommended spots in LB, Cerritos and Lakewood that claimed they could handle XXL dogs, but they always seemed annoyed at Ruby. She's a very loving dog who just wants to hug and spin around. I was paying over $200 for her to come back traumatized and sometimes even with burns from dryers. My first time at Bitches N Bubbles in 2023 was such a relief. Someone recommended them in a Facebook group and their name caught my attention. I called ahead and they kindly walked me through what to expect. They also made sure I submitted Ruby's vaccine records, which reassured me that they care about keeping every pup safe and healthy. Stef was our first groomer and explained golden retriever coat care and the undercoat in detail. She even apologized when Ruby came back slightly damp, because she noticed Ruby was afraid of the dryer and didn't want to force it. That level of detail and kindness was an instant green flag. Ruby now runs straight to Stef every visit, which says it all. Since then we've seen other groomers here too when Stef isn't available and they are equally loving. Just from waiting in the lobby I've watched other staff hug little pups and kiss them on the nose to comfort them. That kind of patience and empathy is something money can't buy. Once Ruby got sprayed by a skunk and they fit her in the very next day for a de-skunk bath, which is such a unique service to offer. They explained why you shouldn't rinse with water right away and completely saved us from weeks of stink. They truly do the works here: nail trimming, de-shedding, drying, teeth cleaning, and anal gland expression. On top of the basics, they offer fun glamification with bows, nail color, fur color and puppy perfume. Ruby always leaves with a complimentary bandana or bow and sometimes even head stickers. If they finish Ruby early and I'm not there yet, they have kennels of all sizes to keep pups comfortable until pickup. Their self-wash stations are affordable, starting at $15 and up depending on the size of your dog, with add-ons available and they'll even hand you a complimentary glass of champagne while you're there, which makes the whole experience feel just as special for the humans as it does for the dogs. Keep an eye on their texts and social posts, they're always sending out self-wash discounts! Professional grooming prices vary by pup size and by whether you book a basic wash, full grooming, or a specialty service. For Ruby, her basic wash has ranged from about $95-$130 depending on add-ons or special treatments, which is a great affordable price and keeps me coming back. The ambiance is just as good as the services. Parking is easy, I either grab a spot on the street or park at the grocery store nearby and pick up snacks if I arrive early. Inside, there's a cozy lobby for humans, a gate separating the grooming floor, and a clear setup with self-wash on one side and the professional groomers on the other. Everything feels organized and safe. The shop is spotless, with fresh water and treats always available, and they also sell luxury toys, leashes, and accessories for pups. Booking is easy through their website, Square Go, Yelp, or Instagram. I can pick services, add-ons, and even choose our fave groomer. I love how they can even text confirmations, check in if we're running late, and let me know when Ruby is ready. It's seamless every time. I can't stress enough how important it is to find a place that treats our fur babies as if they were their own. Bitches N Bubbles is queer-owned, inclusive and full of real dog lovers who make grooming feel like a celebration instead of a chore. Ruby always comes home happy, beautiful and smelling amazing. I recommend them to anyone. 219 E 10th St, Long Beach, CA 90813 Tue-Sat 9-5, Sun 10-4, Closed Mon (562) 800-7647 | @bitchesnbubbles
Amazing fast quality service! I can't rave enough about how clean and delightful smelling my furry friend is after his Spa Day! Beyond cute doggy bandana with his bath and groom. Cashless options with Zelle and Venmo for tips. Super easy online booking for appointments! Their use of technology is A Plus! My bud was sooo happy! Thank you all for making sure that I have a clean pooch who isn't stinking up the place.

What can I not say about this place This was my puppy's first bath and haircut besides doing it from home and I cannot express in words how appreciative me and my partner are. Upon arriving to salon, we were both nervous and anxious of how he would be taken care of, if he would enjoy the experience, how he would look, etc. We felt excited and were curious to see how he would feel. Right away, we loved the aesthetics and vibe of the location and felt comfortable leaving our puppy in their care. When picking him up, we couldn't believe that our puppy was our puppy Nonetheless, we are so grateful to Mashayla for doing an outstanding job with our Shikamaru. He looked very comfortable and calm and happy and we will definitely be requesting your service again We want to thank the whole staff team for their service and hard work and we can't wait to come back again. Here is the before and after pictures of our puppy read more

Clean and pleasant environment for your furry baby. The front desk young lady was pleasant and assisted Nova right away. The grooming was perfect and she had the most adorable bows and d bandana when I picked her up. The cost was a little more than what I have paid before so if you want a nice clean and wonderful experience for your baby. Small little self service wash in the area. I parked across the street :) but there's front parking or additional at superior parking lot (of course at your own risk). It's nice to have somewhere to bathe Boba without getting all wet and chasing him to blow dry so he doesn't smell like wet towels. One of the employees asked me what type of shampoo & conditioner was needed for him. Sensitive or oatmeal usually does the works. They offer combs, brushes, pawfume. They sell miscellaneous dog couture also.. definitely will be back. read more

My 2nd time bringing my Thai Ridgeback/Australian Kelpie Pachino here. I won't lie, I did have mixed emotions on taking my baby to Bitches N Bubbles after reading some of the 1 star reviews. We are not from California, and too far away from our go groomers in Texas. As soon as I walked in all of those mixed emotions went away! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and treated so well!! Angelina did an AWSOME job on my schnauzer, we don't really like the typical schnauzer cut since our schnauzers hair takes a long time to grow out and Angelina met every expectation!! We will definitely be going back to Bitches N Bubbles! read more

My puppy new teacup poodle is nine weeks old only has her first round of shots and the owner was sweet enough to take her. The phone number here on Yelp doesn't accurately reflect the direct line at this location; it doesn't actually go to this location directly so there was a little bit of miscommunication because I was late and I had called a few times but the lady there was super sweet and I told her I didn't mind waiting. I had driven 30 minutes. My baby is super small 2.5pb so she actually took it her within minutes and I got pink color for her ears and tail; it didn't take for some reason it was very very light so she didn't charge me my puppy was in good spirits when I picked her up she had cute pink bows and she smelled great I recommend bitches n bubbles and I will be returning. read more

We are so happy with how our pup looks after his wash and grooming today at Bitches N Bubbles. He's a 5 month old maltipoo and this was his first time at a groomer. I've been looking for a new groomer & am really particular/nervous about leaving my dogs in someone else's care. I recently adopted a sensitive rescue goldendoodle and was concerned about getting him groomed. He can be a little grumpy. I visited the shop to check it out first and felt very comfortable after seeing the double security measures (internal locking gate and metal front door that seemed secure). #1 thing is "can my dogs easily escape..." I didn't think so with their setup, and I noticed everyone walking through the gate shutting it until it clicked. I explained my rescue situation to Stef, and I felt confident that she could help my new dog. To my relief/surprise, he greeted her and didn't growl or bark at her. She was so good with him and knew how to handle him. She sent me updates throughout the session, because she knew how nervous I was about it. He obviously really liked her and behaved like a gentleman (for the most part). He was a happy camper when I picked him up, and he looked even more handsome than he normally does. I'm so so so happy with Stef's work, knowledge, & skill. The shop is very clean, cute, safe and is so peaceful for a grooming shop. 1000% recommend this spot! Thank you Stef! read more

My 8 year old pug has a shedding problem. Do you do deshedding? Beside a full bath can I request concentration on deshedding or pay extra for a major shed?
Hello, we can use a de-shedding shampoo with a high velocity dryer to blow out the undercoat. De-shedding shampoo is a small extra fee of $5 or so.
