I went in today to inquire about a grooming appointment for my puppy, because no one was answering the phone. I showed up in person and the 2 ladies inside seemed immediately annoyed that i walked in. They asked if i had an appointment in the most snobby manner, and when i informed them that i wanted to make 1 they were visibly irritated. The whole situation was very awkward and i felt like a nuisance. I was told they could not make an appointment for me and that i'd have to go online. In my honest opinion based off how i was treated and the fact that 1 of the women was wearing a T-Shirt with an American Flag on it, i dont think this store wants to do business with black customers. read more

My puppy new teacup poodle is nine weeks old only has her first round of shots and the owner was sweet enough to take her. The phone number here on Yelp doesn't accurately reflect the direct line at this location; it doesn't actually go to this location directly so there was a little bit of miscommunication because I was late and I had called a few times but the lady there was super sweet and I told her I didn't mind waiting. I had driven 30 minutes. My baby is super small 2.5pb so she actually took it her within minutes and I got pink color for her ears and tail; it didn't take for some reason it was very very light so she didn't charge me my puppy was in good spirits when I picked her up she had cute pink bows and she smelled great I recommend bitches n bubbles and I will be returning. read more

after raving reviews on yelp, i decided to try this place for my pup for the first time a few months ago. i did extensive research on different groomers because this was going to be my pups first grooming experience. my first experience here was great, but i was given misinformation about the price i would be paying. i was confirming over the phone the price for the size of my dog and they mentioned i would be paying the x small price, but when i arrived for the appointment, the x small price is apparently only for face cutting so i was charged for the small pricing instead. a few months later, i returned recently but whoever helped me schedule an appointment over the phone put the wrong time in their system for an 11pm time, instead of an 11am. i was frustrated because my pup needed a groom but it was now going to be delayed and i had a tight schedule. the lady on the phone was also trying to blame me for the scheduling issue even though their self-scheduling feature on their website was not even working. who would even book an 11pm service anyways??? when we arrived, we decided to stay for the grooming because we drove about 30 minutes to get our pup groomed. after about 10 minutes, we were asked to leave because it was distracting for our puppy and disrupting the grooming. i was quite annoyed because we were not visible to our puppy at all in the lobby area since there was a wall blocking both our views. there were also other customers who were there, standing in front of the grooming area that could have distracted the pups and they were not asked to leave. the other customers were even able to stand next to their dog DURING the groom... although the service for the pups here may be great, the customer service here has not been satisfying at all and i will definitely not be returning. there has been constant misinformation and mistakes on their part that i do not foresee them improving. read more

I've been looking for a new groomer & am really particular/nervous about leaving my dogs in someone else's care. I recently adopted a sensitive rescue goldendoodle and was concerned about getting him groomed. He can be a little grumpy. I visited the shop to check it out first and felt very comfortable after seeing the double security measures (internal locking gate and metal front door that seemed secure). #1 thing is "can my dogs easily escape..." I didn't think so with their setup, and I noticed everyone walking through the gate shutting it until it clicked. I explained my rescue situation to Stef, and I felt confident that she could help my new dog. To my relief/surprise, he greeted her and didn't growl or bark at her. She was so good with him and knew how to handle him. She sent me updates throughout the session, because she knew how nervous I was about it. He obviously really liked her and behaved like a gentleman (for the most part). He was a happy camper when I picked him up, and he looked even more handsome than he normally does. So happy I found this place! The staff is so friendly and they're very accommodating. I didn't have to wait weeks to bring my doggy in and they're reasonably priced! I was nervous at first because I tried taking my big girl to pet smart, they took her in and five mins later they called me to pick her up because she was too anxious. Unfortunately my dog has separation anxiety and just a lot of anxiety in general so she can be a handful but with the meds I gave her before going in and the love and care from all staff (especially Aaron her groomer) she was finally able to be properly groomed I've always had to bathe her in my yard with the water hose and cold water. So I was in a jam looking for a groomer that could do a nail trim last minute, my 8 month old pup Kona was gonna see his gramma on her birthday tomorrow and his nails definitely needed a trim. I called as soon as they opened to see if a walk in was possible, the young woman said no problem & said it was $12. I was relieved, I found someone close by who would trim his nails. So we got ready and headed that way. We got there, the door was locked. A young woman named Amber approached and asked if we had an appointment, I said "nah, but we called earlier & was told a walk in for a nail trim was fine.". She stated, she was on her lunch break for a bit longer, and she was working alone. I was bummed, I never asked if they closed for lunches or even what their hours were, that was my fault. We apologized and went to walk away. Amber stopped us and called us back, "come on in I will trim his nails for, it's too hot outside im not gonna have you wait or come back". I was so grateful & thankful for Amber's willingness to take time from her break to accommodate us. I must say, I've worked in customer service over 40 years and what Amber did (may not mean much to some) but for someone like. myself who knows the importance of customer service and what making a last impression means. Amber gave amazing service, she know only took the time off her break but she put my dog, Konas health first & had us comenin from the heat. After showing up to Belmont Pets & Launderpet and being told that I needed an appt for self wash (not listed on the website), I came across Bitches N Bubbles and I am so happy I did! I called and they confirmed that no appt was needed for self wash. The place was so cute and clean. I walked in and Adrianna was so welcoming and helpful with getting us all set up for our bath. She offered me water/champagne and was there to help with anything I needed during the bath. I can't say enough great things about this experience. We took our dog Cece here for the first time after going to Petco for a long time. We needed a place that had more availability and patience for our anxious husky. They washed her fur really well and trimmed the fur under her paws which is something that Petco never did.
