After a VERY unfortunate at home groom attempt, I called Bitches N Bubbles to help me out with evening out my puppy's hair and they were so kind. Aaron helped us out and he was very patient, understanding, and he clearly cared a lot about making sure my dog and I had a great experience. 100/5 stars would be the more appropriate rating. Thank you so much Aaron! We will be coming back!
I love them. Very friendly, all the groomers do exact what I ask and my pup is well taken care of
Superb service for my Pup Benjie. Been coming for a handful of times now, and his groom always comes out perfect. Would highly recommend.
Aaron C. did such a great job on our malti-poo, Miss Princess. He was very gentle and welcoming, even offering a treat on the way out. My kids were really happy to see how great our Princess was treated and cut by Aaron. Good cut, considering she was pretty mangy prior. Thanks again bitches!
Where do I begin? The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by Kyla (who happened to be who we were scheduled with). My ElliGirl took an instant liking to her. We chatted briefly and I let Kyla know I wanted every service available for my baby. She did not try to upsell services, even though I would've gladly agreed. EL & Kyla went to the grooming area and I set myself up in the waiting area to watch a movie on my IPad. Did I mention they have free guest Wi-Fi? I was also offered beverages several times and checked on to make sure I was well and comfy. The entire staff was friendly & so we're most of the clients. One client even sat and chatted with me while he enjoyed a nice flute of champs. I snuck peaks at my baby girl who looked pleasantly relaxed each time I played spy. It looked like a total spa day for her. When I knew she was almost done I went to the nearby market. I was completely unmissed because when I came back my little girl was still happily vibing with her new friend. I saw people use the self service wash which looked amazingly stocked. I usually self wash my baby somewhere else, but decided she was at a point where we would both benefit from a real groomer. So glad we did. When all was said and done Elli looked amazing! Her double coat was fully blown out! Shiny shiny shiny! Her nails were beautifully trimmed. She came out happy, bandanad, bowed and bedazzled! Total love this for her. Do yourselves and fur babies a favor and bring them here.
I am very reluctant and careful who I give my baby girl too. Looking at the reviews and hairstyles of the dogs made me go with the grommer: Kody. Her taking into consideration my girls needs of being sensitive to the clippers she was very compassionate and did exactly what I wanted. So happy to get Riri's hair done in Bitches N bubbles! She is definitely coming back!(Note: had to wash her again on the drive home she was so excited to see me)
I absolutely love this place, our groomer Estefani is amazing! She is the best! Our dog can get a bit fiesty and she is able to work with him and do all his grooming services. I appreciate her services and my doggy even tried to give her a hug today! I 1000% recommend this place. Pricing is good, there is always street parking, and the staff is great.
Aaron is the best. Always takes care of my dog and he looks awesome all the time. The prices are reasonable and the staff are excellent. Great place to take your dog, you won't be disappointed.
We took all three of our dogs to Bitches N Bubbles for the first time, and I'm genuinely blown away by how good the whole experience was, not just the grooming, but the customer service too. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming. Maddie groomed our Pomeranian and absolutely nailed it! the cut is perfect, the fluff is gorgeous, and the color came out so beautiful. Alex took care of our two Shih Tzus and did an incredible job as well. Their cuts are clean, even, and the little pops of color on their tails came out adorable. rom check-in to pick-up, everything felt easy, smooth, and super friendly. If you want a groomer who treats your pups like their own and delivers top tier results, this is the place. We're officially obsessed and will be back for every grooming from now on.
We had a wonderful experience bringing Roohi here! I really appreciated that they are completely crate-free and don't keep pets waiting for hours after drop-off. They honor your appointment time and start working on your pet right away, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. A special shoutout to Stef, who was absolutely amazing with Roohi. She was kind, attentive, and did an incredible job with her groom. The team was super efficient, and Roohi looked adorable and was ready much quicker than expected. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a caring, stress-free grooming experience for your furry friend!
The coolest, hippest dog grooming spot around. Honestly, I'm jealous of my Golden Retriever Ruby for the luxury experience she gets here!! I was on the hunt for the perfect dog groomer and tried a couple of recommended spots in LB, Cerritos and Lakewood that claimed they could handle XXL dogs, but they always seemed annoyed at Ruby. She's a very loving dog who just wants to hug and spin around. I was paying over $200 for her to come back traumatized and sometimes even with burns from dryers. My first time at Bitches N Bubbles in 2023 was such a relief. Someone recommended them in a Facebook group and their name caught my attention. I called ahead and they kindly walked me through what to expect. They also made sure I submitted Ruby's vaccine records, which reassured me that they care about keeping every pup safe and healthy. Stef was our first groomer and explained golden retriever coat care and the undercoat in detail. She even apologized when Ruby came back slightly damp, because she noticed Ruby was afraid of the dryer and didn't want to force it. That level of detail and kindness was an instant green flag. Ruby now runs straight to Stef every visit, which says it all. Since then we've seen other groomers here too when Stef isn't available and they are equally loving. Just from waiting in the lobby I've watched other staff hug little pups and kiss them on the nose to comfort them. That kind of patience and empathy is something money can't buy. Once Ruby got sprayed by a skunk and they fit her in the very next day for a de-skunk bath, which is such a unique service to offer. They explained why you shouldn't rinse with water right away and completely saved us from weeks of stink. They truly do the works here: nail trimming, de-shedding, drying, teeth cleaning, and anal gland expression. On top of the basics, they offer fun glamification with bows, nail color, fur color and puppy perfume. Ruby always leaves with a complimentary bandana or bow and sometimes even head stickers. If they finish Ruby early and I'm not there yet, they have kennels of all sizes to keep pups comfortable until pickup. Their self-wash stations are affordable, starting at $15 and up depending on the size of your dog, with add-ons available and they'll even hand you a complimentary glass of champagne while you're there, which makes the whole experience feel just as special for the humans as it does for the dogs. Keep an eye on their texts and social posts, they're always sending out self-wash discounts! Professional grooming prices vary by pup size and by whether you book a basic wash, full grooming, or a specialty service. For Ruby, her basic wash has ranged from about $95-$130 depending on add-ons or special treatments, which is a great affordable price and keeps me coming back. The ambiance is just as good as the services. Parking is easy, I either grab a spot on the street or park at the grocery store nearby and pick up snacks if I arrive early. Inside, there's a cozy lobby for humans, a gate separating the grooming floor, and a clear setup with self-wash on one side and the professional groomers on the other. Everything feels organized and safe. The shop is spotless, with fresh water and treats always available, and they also sell luxury toys, leashes, and accessories for pups. Booking is easy through their website, Square Go, Yelp, or Instagram. I can pick services, add-ons, and even choose our fave groomer. I love how they can even text confirmations, check in if we're running late, and let me know when Ruby is ready. It's seamless every time. I can't stress enough how important it is to find a place that treats our fur babies as if they were their own. Bitches N Bubbles is queer-owned, inclusive and full of real dog lovers who make grooming feel like a celebration instead of a chore. Ruby always comes home happy, beautiful and smelling amazing. I recommend them to anyone. 219 E 10th St, Long Beach, CA 90813 Tue-Sat 9-5, Sun 10-4, Closed Mon (562) 800-7647 | @bitchesnbubbles
Amazing fast quality service! I can't rave enough about how clean and delightful smelling my furry friend is after his Spa Day! Beyond cute doggy bandana with his bath and groom. Cashless options with Zelle and Venmo for tips. Super easy online booking for appointments! Their use of technology is A Plus! My bud was sooo happy! Thank you all for making sure that I have a clean pooch who isn't stinking up the place.

Thought i found a great spot for my pup, but that changed today. Opened 30 mins late, didnt get the groomer i booked through the app and wasnt notified when i dropped him off. Choopy groom, shaved too close under arms left red bumps, hair on ears in cut unevenly. Both of his front legs have patches of shaved hair in the middle. Did not notice his underside til we were almost home. Cannot reach anyone by phone, cannot submit a dm on website, says try back later. The grooming is not cheap here and i dont mind paying for good service, this is unacceptable. read more

So I was in a jam looking for a groomer that could do a nail trim last minute, my 8 month old pup Kona was gonna see his gramma on her birthday tomorrow and his nails definitely needed a trim. I called as soon as they opened to see if a walk in was possible, the young woman said no problem & said it was $12. I was relieved, I found someone close by who would trim his nails. So we got ready and headed that way. We got there, the door was locked. A young woman named Amber approached and asked if we had an appointment, I said "nah, but we called earlier & was told a walk in for a nail trim was fine.". She stated, she was on her lunch break for a bit longer, and she was working alone. I was bummed, I never asked if they closed for lunches or even what their hours were, that was my fault. We apologized and went to walk away. Amber stopped us and called us back, "come on in I will trim his nails for, it's too hot outside im not gonna have you wait or come back". I was so grateful & thankful for Amber's willingness to take time from her break to accommodate us. I must say, I've worked in customer service over 40 years and what Amber did (may not mean much to some) but for someone like. myself who knows the importance of customer service and what making a last impression means. Amber gave amazing service, she know only took the time off her break but she put my dog, Konas health first & had us comenin from the heat. Because of Amber's service we will be coming back, she told us that yall.also do "self wash baths" for $14 & we were currently going to a place in Bixby but now we will be coming here. Thank you so much Amber you're service was great, so thankful you were able to take care of our Kona read more

So happy I found this place! The staff is so friendly and they're very accommodating. I didn't have to wait weeks to bring my doggy in and they're reasonably priced! I was nervous at first because I tried taking my big girl to pet smart, they took her in and five mins later they called me to pick her up because she was too anxious. Unfortunately my dog has separation anxiety and just a lot of anxiety in general so she can be a handful but with the meds I gave her before going in and the love and care from all staff (especially Aaron her groomer) she was finally able to be properly groomed I've always had to bathe her in my yard with the water hose and cold water. I'm just so glad they exist. They left my 95lb dog looking so cute read more

After showing up to Belmont Pets & Launderpet and being told that I needed an appt for self wash (not listed on the website), I came across Bitches N Bubbles and I am so happy I did! I called and they confirmed that no appt was needed for self wash. The place was so cute and clean. I walked in and Adrianna was so welcoming and helpful with getting us all set up for our bath. She offered me water/champagne and was there to help with anything I needed during the bath. I can't say enough great things about this experience. Not only did the shampoo and conditioner smell great, the towels were clean and the entire facility was spotless. Thank you Adrianna for making the experience so pleasant. She even gave Roo a bandana on the way out! We will be back. read more

We took our dog Cece here for the first time after going to Petco for a long time. We needed a place that had more availability and patience for our anxious husky. They washed her fur really well and trimmed the fur under her paws which is something that Petco never did. They finished her full service super efficiently and quick, Cece had no issues this time with her anxiety. Groomers also kept us updated on her and sent videos exhibiting her calmness. We also got a complimentary bandana and bows which was also new to us. We are really happy with the service provided and we are happy that we found our new grooming spot! (: read more

I have been looking for a groomer for my husky for months! A couple places I called did not want to deal with huskies. And other places I called were way over priced with a few bad reviews. I came across this place through Yelp. They didn't have many reviews but all of them were 5 stars so I decided to give them a chance. I am beyond happy with the results! Their prices are affordable and they do an amazing job! I'll definitely continue to bring my husky to this place. The place was right around the corner from my house. It was a very well put together intimate shop. My dog is kinda shy around new people but scared of dogs. They made her feel comfortable before even grooming her. The place was very clean and tidy. As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by the host . He was super bubbly and energetic! The staff performed a miracle on my baby! They got them Heavenly Hands I can tell my baby was comfortable and safe in their hands. They are very affordable. They even have a self wash where you can bring your fur baby in and wash yourself! They provide everything you need you just provide the dog lol just a heads up bring a debit or credit card unless you have change! #TheyBlessedMyBitch read more

I have a small sized poodle with a bad breath and hair that picks up dirt like a mop . I dropped my baby off and in only an hours time came back to pick her back up (. 10:00 am -11:12 am ) My dog is normally nervous going to get a haircut , very shaky before and after but the kind groomers handled her with care and it showed ! The groomer is very professional and up to date with styles according to the dog breed . As of right now they do only accept card but I definitely recommend ! read more

I have to say I was really happy and impressed with their service. It was Hunnie's first visit to the groomers and at first she was uneasy(made me a little nervous). This place is amazing! My poor dog has had a traumatic experience at a different grooming service and I was afraid to take him to a new place because I didn't know if I can trust anyone with him. Luckily I explained the past experience to Steff and she was so nice and helpful and left my baby looking/smelling so good. They even have some unique dog toys that are literally the cutest. I've been working here since we opened and I have to say it's been a great experience meeting new people and their four legged babies. I have so much fun learning what dogs needs are and helping the clients understand how important it is to bond with your pet. We are self dog wash, grooming and designer essentials. Staff will also wash your dog for a fee as well if you think you might be able to do the job yourself. We take care of your pets with the out most respect and love then as one of our own. Everyone is welcome and every pooch is treated with love and affection. We want you to experience a one of kind bonding experience with, not just your companions, but our staff as well. Come and see us here in the heart of Long Beach. You will be satisfied guaranteed. read more

The cleanest and cutest self washing place in Los Angeles, and the nicest, friendliest and helpful staff. Don't look further for grooming and self bathing stations. And the bandanas are sooo cute! Did I mention how clean the place was? As a dog trainer, with dogs getting dirty all the times, I often look for self bathing stations and this one is a winner. read more
