I am very reluctant and careful who I give my baby girl too. Looking at the reviews and hairstyles of the dogs made me go with the grommer: Kody. Her taking into consideration my girls needs of being sensitive to the clippers she was very compassionate and did exactly what I wanted. So happy to get Riri's hair done in Bitches N bubbles! I absolutely love this place, our groomer Estefani is amazing! She is the best! Our dog can get a bit fiesty and she is able to work with him and do all his grooming services. I appreciate her services and my doggy even tried to give her a hug today! I 1000% recommend this place. Pricing is good, there is always street parking, and the staff is great.

We had a wonderful experience bringing Roohi here! I really appreciated that they are completely crate-free and don't keep pets waiting for hours after drop-off. They honor your appointment time and start working on your pet right away, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. A special shoutout to Stef, who was absolutely amazing with Roohi. She was kind, attentive, and did an incredible job with her groom. The team was super efficient, and Roohi looked adorable and was ready much quicker than expected. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a caring, stress-free grooming experience for your furry friend!

We took all three of our dogs to Bitches N Bubbles for the first time, and I'm genuinely blown away by how good the whole experience was, not just the grooming, but the customer service too. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming. Maddie groomed our Pomeranian and absolutely nailed it! the cut is perfect, the fluff is gorgeous, and the color came out so beautiful. Alex took care of our two Shih Tzus and did an incredible job as well. Their cuts are clean, even, and the little pops of color on their tails came out adorable. rom check-in to pick-up, everything felt easy, smooth, and super friendly. If you want a groomer who treats your pups like their own and delivers top tier results, this is the place. We're officially obsessed and will be back for every grooming from now on.

This place is fantastic!! I came with my friend for the first time to use the self serve dog wash and had an amazing experience Shawn the owner and the whole staff provided a welcoming environment and quality customer service from the start. I've wanted to check this place out for a while since a friend told me about it and I love it here! The space is super cute, the staff is positive and offered assistance if needed, and gave tips for pet safety/comfort before using their drier and table! I look forward to coming back. The champagne was just a bonus genuinely wonderful people and place even without the champagne

The funniest signs that change every season

The coolest, hippest dog grooming spot around. Honestly, I'm jealous of my Golden Retriever Ruby for the luxury experience she gets here!! I was on the hunt for the perfect dog groomer and tried a couple of recommended spots in LB, Cerritos and Lakewood that claimed they could handle XXL dogs, but they always seemed annoyed at Ruby. She's a very loving dog who just wants to hug and spin around. I was paying over $200 for her to come back traumatized and sometimes even with burns from dryers. My first time at Bitches N Bubbles in 2023 was such a relief. Someone recommended them in a Facebook group and their name caught my attention. I called ahead and they kindly walked me through what to expect. They also made sure I submitted Ruby's vaccine records, which reassured me that they care about keeping every pup safe and healthy. Stef was our first groomer and explained golden retriever coat care and the undercoat in detail. She even apologized when Ruby came back slightly damp, because she noticed Ruby was afraid of the dryer and didn't want to force it. That level of detail and kindness was an instant green flag. Ruby now runs straight to Stef every visit, which says it all. Since then we've seen other groomers here too when Stef isn't available and they are equally loving. Just from waiting in the lobby I've watched other staff hug little pups and kiss them on the nose to comfort them. That kind of patience and empathy is something money can't buy. Once Ruby got sprayed by a skunk and they fit her in the very next day for a de-skunk bath, which is such a unique service to offer. They explained why you shouldn't rinse with water right away and completely saved us from weeks of stink. They truly do the works here: nail trimming, de-shedding, drying, teeth cleaning, and anal gland expression. On top of the basics, they offer fun glamification with bows, nail color, fur color and puppy perfume. Ruby always leaves with a complimentary bandana or bow and sometimes even head stickers. If they finish Ruby early and I'm not there yet, they have kennels of all sizes to keep pups comfortable until pickup. Their self-wash stations are affordable, starting at $15 and up depending on the size of your dog, with add-ons available and they'll even hand you a complimentary glass of champagne while you're there, which makes the whole experience feel just as special for the humans as it does for the dogs. Keep an eye on their texts and social posts, they're always sending out self-wash discounts! Professional grooming prices vary by pup size and by whether you book a basic wash, full grooming, or a specialty service. For Ruby, her basic wash has ranged from about $95-$130 depending on add-ons or special treatments, which is a great affordable price and keeps me coming back. The ambiance is just as good as the services. Parking is easy, I either grab a spot on the street or park at the grocery store nearby and pick up snacks if I arrive early. Inside, there's a cozy lobby for humans, a gate separating the grooming floor, and a clear setup with self-wash on one side and the professional groomers on the other. Everything feels organized and safe. The shop is spotless, with fresh water and treats always available, and they also sell luxury toys, leashes, and accessories for pups. Booking is easy through their website, Square Go, Yelp, or Instagram. I can pick services, add-ons, and even choose our fave groomer. I love how they can even text confirmations, check in if we're running late, and let me know when Ruby is ready. It's seamless every time. I can't stress enough how important it is to find a place that treats our fur babies as if they were their own. Bitches N Bubbles is queer-owned, inclusive and full of real dog lovers who make grooming feel like a celebration instead of a chore. Ruby always comes home happy, beautiful and smelling amazing. Stef is the best with our baby Lucky! We first brought him in when he was 6 months old and he was super anxious and scared. It was to the point that we couldn't get him to calm down. Stef was able to groom him so well despite his anxiety and did an amazing job! We brought him back again yesterday (9 months) and she took him in right away and did a great job yet again. Shout out to Tatiana who did an amazing job grooming my 6 month old goldendoodle puppy!! Left her looking more beautiful and did a great job not cutting her fur too short to still be able to see her wavy curls. She had great technique when cutting around her long eyelashes, giving her a great teddy bear cut. Tatiana was patient with my fur baby and talked to her gently when blow drying her and cutting her nails. Definitely requesting Tatiana when i go back to get her fresh cut again! read more

I got to speak to steph and she was understanding from where I was coming from and reassure me that it could have possibly been an allergy reaction to their shampoo and was possibly a rash, but overall appreciate her finally communicating to me directly over a phone call and mentioned we would be taken care of by Tatiana on the next visit so that was nice. Took my pup here for almost 2 years when we lived in DTLB. Kyla is the best!! She is very sweet and so good with dogs. Our pup is very anxious and a bit dramatic but Kyla was always very understanding and kind. I also love the open work space where you can see all the dogs and groomers interacting. Took my two senior pups here for the first time. I called, left a message and pretty quickly got a call back. They had room same day and since I was working remotely that day, timing was perfect. Dropped the babies off and 3 hours later they were ready. Out of the two my longer hair terrier is the true test of greatness. It was a good job not a great job. She's 14 and still looks like the runway model she was born to be but she did not look fashion week or red carpet ready, more nice steakhouse dinner ready. I will return due to the convenience and good work. It is an in and out kind of place. I've had better experiences at other places. This is a no thrills or frills kind of place. A smile every so often would be nice but I'll take it in a pinch. read more

My wife brings her 16 year old dog to B n B and recommended I bring my pup, Krispy, to get groomed. I have a very anxious dog that scares easily so finding a good grooming place and a caring groomer is important. I took my pup for the first time and was extremely happy with the service and establishment. I love how transparent they are with grooming. You can see all the dogs being groomed instead of most places where grooming takes place in a back room. As soon as I dropped off my pup, they started working on him right away , I loved that! I've been to other grooming places that keep my dog for hours because they don't know how to handle appointments. I love B n B!!! Highly recommend Stef as a groomer. She was very patient and loving with my pup. B n B is pricey in comparison to other grooming places but you pay for amazing service and piece of mind that your pup is safe. I'm so happy we brought Leo here. He was in very good hands. They were so gentle and sweet with him. He is very needy because his crazy mom spoils him. (It's me, hi.) I have to say, I don't think I've seen him this white since he was born. Can't wait to bring him back. It took us awhile to shop around as we just moved a couple months ago, but I'm glad we finally found the one. For reference, Leopold is almost 20lbs. He is a shih tzu, pekingese, and poodle mix. I am dog sitting and the owner arranged for me to take his two dogs, Coco and Daisy to Bitches N Bubbles, several weeks back. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the facility. It was clean and super cute. They have a clean seating area, merchandise for sale (leash, shirt, toys, bed,...). Once I dropped the girls off, I was told a pick up time. They went in not as fresh and came out so clean, pearly white, and fresh. Stef was the person that groomed both dogs. She did an amazing job and she's very friendly. I recommend this business for dog grooming. I think the price is fair for these two small dogs (4 and 19 lbs). The dogs came out looking the way the dog owner requested. We were super happy with this business. We are back today to get them groomed, again. Excited to see how cute and clean they will be. Parking is scarce, so park at the shopping center nearby, if there's no parking infront or across the street. Omg, my second time bringing them here got even better. The girls look amazing. It was my girls first time at the groomers and it definitely was an experience. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old and they were not the most obedient fur babies to be worked on. They barked the whole time they were there but Aaron and Karina handled the girls with such care and professionalism. Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen was inundated with chores and tasks on a Saturday. Not the least of these was finding a place that would care for my 4-month old, best friend -Friday. Who can I trust? How can we help him to love being washed? Who will gentle him? My search has happily ended! Bitches and Bubbles is THE place. Making a reservation was simple, the groomers were caring and kind, and I was able to stay and enjoy a lovely glass of champagne while my pup was groomed. This gave me reassurance and my pup, too! The service was timely and the products used have made the pup shine! He smells divine! Thank you for a fabulous experience at a very decent price. Maxine is a 3 year old Pitbull and the love of my life. I called Bitches N Bubbles today and got an appointment. They were terrific with her. They asked me what she needed and Maxine came out looking and smelling wonderful. I usually bathed Maxine myself but she needed her nails clipped and for the price I will keep taking her to them. OMGee!! I found my New groomer! This "spa" is SO cute, clean and the groomers & front desk associate were so welcoming & helpful!!! I feel like this shop went above & beyond! Aaron did an amazing job on my long hair German shepherd, and when I picked her up, he matched her 2 hair bows to her puppy pawdicure! Usually the groomers only put the bandana, but she had 2 bows and the bandana. I couldn't stop saying "AAAWWWEE YOU LOOK SOOO CUTE!!" So extremely happy with Bitches N Bubble! Thank you Aaron! What can I not say about this place This was my puppy's first bath and haircut besides doing it from home and I cannot express in words how appreciative me and my partner are. Upon arriving to salon, we were both nervous and anxious of how he would be taken care of, if he would enjoy the experience, how he would look, etc. We felt excited and were curious to see how he would feel. Right away, we loved the aesthetics and vibe of the location and felt comfortable leaving our puppy in their care. Can't recommend this business. My poor pup came home with a red bump after a grooming session that started bleeding a day later. I called the owner and asked him to rectify situation, but all I got was an "I'll call you back" which NEVER HAPPENED. We'll, in response to your response I find it completely unprofessional that you have chosen to attack me on every level you could possibly find, which are all untrue. I don't think treating a customer in this way will help your cause but I suppose that's the response to expect from an unprofessional business owner as yourself. I had pictures to prove what happened to my pup. Again, I don't recommend this business as you can see from his response below where he chooses not to take responsibility but rather deflects the blame onto me. There was no reasonable solution offered on his part. In fact, there's was no solution offered, rather it was crickets again. read more

We've got two small dogs; Nacho, a chihuahua-terrier mix and Riley, a min pin. Nacho has been to other groomers, but Riley was always rejected. We were always told he was too difficult to handle. Admittedly, he is a skittish pup and he will try to bite if he feels cornered, but we know that given enough support and encouragement he is capable of handling stressful situations. Today, we took our dogs in and they were both taken care of! We waited with them, got to be there for their grooming, and were able to support them as needed. Thank you for caring for our boys when others wouldn't. I'm so grateful to have a local place for them; we'll definitely be returning! Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed. I was quoted a base price of $120, with the first 30 minutes of dematting included and any additional dematting billed at $1 per minute. I understood there could be additional charges if my puppy required extra work. However, what I did not expect was for the cost to continue increasing without any communication. Around 8:40pm, I checked in and was told they had just started drying him. Based on that update, I told them to take their time because I believed the appointment was nearing completion. I was never contacted to let me know the bill was approaching several hundred dollars or to ask whether I wanted them to continue. Instead, my puppy remained at the salon until approximately 11:15pm, nearly seven hours after drop-off. After waiting all evening, I was the one who finally texted to let them know I was coming to pick him up because the appointment had gone on far longer than expected. I also let them know it was okay if he wasn't finished, as it was already very late and the appointment had gone on for nearly seven hours. When I arrived, I was told they had spent four hours dematting him, resulting in a final bill of $400. What was especially frustrating is that, despite the lengthy appointment and significant cost, the groom was not completed. I was offered the option to bring him back another day to finish the service. I understand that severely matted dogs require additional time and that groomers deserve to be compensated for that work. My concern is the lack of communication as the cost continued to climb and the amount of time my young puppy spent at the salon for an unfinished groom. A quick phone call to discuss the options or to place a limit on the charges would have gone a long way. I do want to acknowledge that Sivan was kind and professional during our interactions. My concerns are not about the friendliness of the staff, but rather the communication around the cost, the length of the appointment, and the fact that the groom was not completed. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning.

Elle clearly knows dogs, haha. But when I picked her up, she couldn't be more chill! PARKING: So turns out you can stop at the red loading zone right in front for pickup/drop-off, & Elle even explained that if the police pull up, they'll bat for you as a client who was literally unloading a dog, LOL. I didn't see the text about the loading zone & ended up parked a few blocks down the street, because parking in this area is a struggle. Use the loading zone! Save yourself! It was worth it and her service was very well worth it. Even though we're not from the area and it was a last minute appointment, we're keeping her in our book as we'll be back in town again and know Freddie will be in good hands next time. Had an amazing experience here! I have a very reactive and strong staffy/frenchie mix and they took the time to hear my concerns with leaving her, eased my stressed and handled my baby with care! They worked slow to my dogs level of comfort as she is used to me just bathing her at home. I loved that they were open to seeing my dogs level of reactivity before turning us away, but as a precaution I still muzzled for safety due to this new environment as well.
