He did comp the steak but this will be the last time we go here. With SO MANY great restaurants in Jupiter there's no reason to come back. I hope they get there issues handled because it could definitely be a great place if run properly.

To my surprise it was really delicious. I actually shared a slice with a nice couple next to me at the bar as it was more then I could it. They loved it as I did. It was clear he had already decided I was trying to scam a free meal before even hearing me out. His tone was accusatory and disrespectful, essentially victim-shaming a paying customer for reporting a legitimate issue. Rather than take responsibility, he talked down to me and tried to flip the situation as if I was the problem. He then demanded I send photos of the steak, which I did immediately. Even with clear proof, there was no accountability -- just continued attitude and dismissal. Being treated like a liar for a legitimate complaint is unacceptable, and Chad's behavior reflects extremely poor management and a complete lack of professionalism.
