When we get to restaurant, we go in & takes forever for someone to look up and acknowledge us. We tell her we had call in, she gets our food, sits it down and just stares at us. Once she is cashing us out she makes a rude comment about how worn out my card is. Asks for zip code, then says "wHaTs tHaT" like she's never accounted another person from a different state. Once getting home, our chicken wings taste like deer ankles, fried pickles aren't even fried really. Fries are soggy & I guess they don't know what salt is. Moral of story, this place sucks ass, full of stupid fucks... and if you eat here good luck.

Awesome local watering hole with good food!…read more Brought the grandparents and kids out for some time near the lake. We decided to eat next to the Madison Township park before walking around. Plenty of parking along the park. Inside first you see the bar, then a large open area with plenty of tables and chairs. It was great because the grownups could sit and the kids could prance around the dance floor without bothering anyone. They also had an awesome Godzilla pinball machine in the corner that we enjoyed while waiting for our food. At our table we tried the smash burgers, pizza, steak salads, onion rings, fried mushrooms, fries, mozzarella sticks. Everything was good, served hot, and satisfying. Draft beer was cold and served in glass pint glasses. Lemonade for the kids was in cute plastic cups with lids and straws. The mozzarella sticks were huge, more like bars than sticks. The pizza crust is brushed with garlic butter, which tastes fantastic, and there were plenty of napkins provided to wipe our hands. Bathrooms were nice and clean. It was a perfect choice for us before heading to the playground. The bartender served us at our table. Service was fantastic. I only saw her serving all the customers at the bar and tables. I don't know how she did it. She was always checking on us and there when we needed something and kept our glasses full. Next time we are in Madison we will definitely be back.

It's not much to look at from the outside and the interior is nothing to brag about either. However, the food is really good. My wife had the barbecue ribs that came out hot and saucy, and when she picked him up, they were falling off the bones. Good sauce, good seasoning, and prepared fantastically. I had the Philly cheesesteak which was OK nothing to brag about. It was an actual chopped steak and not steakums. The steak was hot well seasoned full of peppers, but could have used more cheese. I ordered mushrooms and they never showed up but oh well. The french fries were interesting. I ordered them crispy and they came out kind of mealy. A couple things that truck me is not so good was that a sandwich and ribs came with a side actually the ribs came on two sides. I was charged for my french fries, which was supposed to be part of the meal. We were also charged $.50 for a glass of water which I think is kind of petty and something that a restaurant shouldn't do. Our server was a nice young lady, but she wasn't exceptionally attentive and surely didn't know too much about what was on the menu. All in all the food was good. The service was so so I'd come back again.

From our waitress taking 20+ minutes to even come over and get our drink order, getting our order wrong, and taking at least 15 minutes to even get our checks after we asked. The place is run by a bunch of non-caring teenagers who are too cool for school. Would like to point out the very false advertisement of housemade chips and them bringing out a basket of very obvious bagged potato chips. But yet fries were an up charge, this is wrong. Food was below average for the price point, cool patio to enjoy the lake views but would not recommend this place.
