The employees are horrible. Young kids with absolutely no manners or job skills especially in customer service. We have met the owner, she's really nice, but she really needs to fire all her current employees and hire new employees that actually want to work. read more

Our kids had the pleasure of playing a baseball game at Madison Veterans Park and we were lucky enough to win therefore we were lucky enough to celebrate with ice cream however we were unaware about the situation of which we were to embark on. This Dairy Queen appears to be newer and apparently comes with a set of Unwritten rules that you must follow else you will be scolded by said restaurant employees.. so we entered into the restaurant like any other customer would and there were no customers at line what luck we said to ourselves. But we were wrong. Dead wrong. From the depths of the kitchen arose a cashier. Not just any cashier, but the cashier that corrected us. Apparently, due to "health code", all baseball teams must order outside because of cleats. However my kids wore tennis shoes to their game so there's that. When I pointed that out that she said well it's because we don't want dirt getting tracked into our restaurant which is fine to say so just say so don't make up some bs health code excuse that you pulled out of your backside. When you have an initial experience like this the rest of it kind of goes downhill from there. So we complied and took our baseball team outside to the window where baseball teams have to order from and proceeded to order overall it wasn't that expensive it was relatively fast but being unfamiliar with their process I kind of wish they wouldn't have had to make up excuses to tell us to go outside to the team window that we didn't know existed in the first place. read more

Stopped in again for a treat and the girl at the window was wonderful. However, I ordered a blizzard, an oreo mocha blizzard, it had no flavor at all. Tasted like a cup of vanilla ice cream, and even at that had no flavor. Total waste of four bucks. read more

We are regular customers that go there every week. All summer long it has been adding up though. They charge .79 for whipped cream, more often than not they don't put it in the ice cream, if you don't catch it, you will pay for something that you didn't get. There are times for dinners they get the order wrong, when asking for chocolate ice cream in the blizzards, they give you vanilla. Tonight yet again the whipped cream wasn't out on and to top it off they gave no utensils. Not everyone goes home right away with what they purchase. They want to eat outside. Do better, this is getting old. read more

And amy apologized and said on your visit your next one is on us so I went back order the same thing and told them that amy put my name in for a order confusion and the girl working the drive thru gave me the 3rd degree like I was lying or something but they did make it right but when I got home it was what I ordered but all mixed together with no strawberry center just plain sucks read more
