I stopped for a shake after filling my car at the attached gas station. Service was quick, and the restaurant was decently clean. Went in with the family and ordered a little bit of everything. Great staff. Manager and front employee were very nice and helpful. Food was good but a little on the expensive side. Kind of expected though because it's roast beef and not cheap burgers. But overall a nice experience. Will Come back soon and try some other items. read more

Always forgotten sauce even when you ask for it and if you get sauce they forget marina for the cheese sticks beef n chedder tasted funky

This evening my wife went to this arbys to get a farmhouse salad. What followed is what I consider the current problem with this location and the fast food industry. As stated my wife's order was the farmhouse salad. Unfortunately the salad they prepared was not what it looks like in the photo on the menu. It was what I would say was substandard by any fast food standards. When my wife questioned on why it was made that way, the evening manager lectured her that what the photo shows and how they're supposed to be made, are completely different. This manager was rude and went as far as pointing her finger in my wife's face. Shes lucky my wife didn't pull her thru the drive up window and break her finger. My wife was told the previous employees that did make the salads bigger were wrong and they shouldn't have done it that way. She was told by this manager that she's going to contact the district manager to make sure no more salads will be made larger than they're supposed to. The manager then threw some more cheese and lettuce and was extremely snide and sarcastic telling her to enjoy her salad. When she got home she began to eat the meal when she bit into a moldy piece of cheese. I sincerely believe this was done intentionally. Right now many places as arbys and dunkin donuts and starbucks are getting bad press by refusing to serve our law enforcement community. But, if there's trouble they're the first ones to get called for help. Right now places such as this arbys need to get their heads out their back sides and teach their management team on how to treat the public. Today I'm going to contact their corporate offices and complain about the extremely rude and disrespectful way my wife,was treated. As far as going to this arbys, this families done with it. Oh and they forgot the dressing to top it off. Today employees in the fast food industry are complaining and protesting because they want to get 15.00 per hour. If this manager at this arbys is an example of whats out there, then why should they get it. read more

For a fast food joint, it's pretty good. Arby's is my favorite fast food place anyway, so I like coming here when I get coupons in the mail or when I'm low on cash and want a decent meal. There's really not a whole lot to say about this place because it's more or less like most other Arby's. The french dip sandwich is my favorite and their fries are pretty good, too. I also love how they have a variety of different dipping sauces. However, I do have one gripe about Arby's: they got rid of chocolate turnovers and substituted them with chocolate cookies! Instead of getting my chocolate fix with a $1 chocolate turnover, Arby's now expects me to fork over an extra $.50 for some tiny cookie that wouldn't feed a starving African child. Nice try, but I'm not falling for it. Needless to say, my trips to Arby's have decreased since the switch. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this location. I always go inside to place my order. The people behind he counter always have a smile on their face and are quick and helpful. I have never received a wrong order. They always give me however much sauce I want (unlike other fast food places). The food is delicious and the employees are excellent. read more

I made the mistake of ordering Arbys latest way of screwing up bacon. As if the brown sugar bacon was not awful enough - the bourbon bacon is even worse. When will they learn that all we want is a good quality bacon - it does not need any thing special done to it. read more
