This place is awesome! Great service, products are nice, chairs are amazing, and it's reasonably priced for what you get. I will be making this my new nail home and will be coming back! **UPDATE** I went back and got my nails done. I got a full set with natural powder color. Shelly was my nail tech and she was THE BEST! She understood exactly what I wanted and did such an awesome job. We laughed and had a great conversation while I was there. Im so happy with their services! read more

My search continues to find a great and affordable nail salon near my home! I was really hopeful that Bisou would be the one, since it's so close to me and right near Day 6 Coffee, which I love. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The host and tech were nice and offered me a drink (wine, margarita, Vietnamese coffee, soda, etc) after explaining pricing. But after paying $80 for a regular pedi and cat eye mani (extra $10), the execution was a huge issue and I'm not too picky. The final look was nothing like the sample nails and did not have a cat eye design at all (that I'd paid an extra $10 for). It seemed that the tech did not know how to use the magnet to create any type of effect. My nails simply look like a glitter polish was applied (see pics). On top of that, the entire nail wasn't covered, leaving gaps on the sides and near the cuticle as well as some uneven filing that I'm usually not too picky about. The host immediately saw the difference and offered to have it fixed, but because I couldn't stay and wasn't confident the issue could be fixed, she instead gave a $5 discount. Again she was very kind throughout the entire process. The pedi was fine, but I wouldn't return. I'm disappointed to have to continue my search for a permanent nail salon. read more

Bisou Nail Lounge - Mani simply looks like a glitter polish, not cat eye design - Nail Salons Near Me - Richmond, Texas

My first and last time at Bisou Nails. I came into this nail salon for the first time with my friend who is a regular. When I first came in the owner was very unprofessional and kept mocking me and laughing because I didn't know exactly what I wanted on my nails and was wondering about gel. It made me very uncomfortable and it went on for a decent amount of time. Not only that but I got up charged $18 on my bill for extra shellac. I got a regular pedicure and she asked if I liked my color. I said I'd like to go darker and she automatically did shellac and did not tell me. I feel scammed and I am very upset that I put a tip for them when I didn't feel respected, and the quality was not worth the cost. I do not recommend this place for anyone. I wanted to leave once I sat down but stayed because of the person I was with. If you are going to charge someone let them know. And when people have questions, don't continue to laugh and talk with other people around them when it is clearly mocking. read more

We returned to Bisou after a while to find familiar faces-always a good thing for me to know they keep staff. Lucy is a friendly helpful manager who always engages customers in a helpful manner. Hannah and Ann did an awesome job on my feet and hands with bright polish and beautiful nail art. Sue helped my husband keep his ingrown problems at bay. He gets the basic pedi and I like the Bisou with paraffin and massage. We'll done ladies! read more

Service was absolutely terrible. They make up prices as they do your nails when their menu pricing says something totally different. My nails didn't even come out cute, bulky, paint all on the sides of my nails and cut me 2x. Came to have a good time with my girl friends and came out to be a terrible experience for us. $90 for nails is ridiculous!! I asked for a receipt of what I was getting charged for and they can't even give me that. What kind of service is this? We come to get our nails done as an enjoyment not to add stress. read more

Came in today to give it a try. They were offering an express $18 pedicure. My favorite go to place was recently sold and just about everyone left so I have been trying to find another good place. Spent $50-$60 at so many other places to not be happy with the service provided so when I saw the $18 express special I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did! The inside is absolutely stunning to look at. Very soothing and elegant salon. A ton of my favorites from my old place are here which is an extra bonus! Lynn (a tech from my previous favorite place) was here and did my pedicure. She was polite and very professional. My toes were done beautifully and well. I was offered a shoulder/ warmer with herbs in it for calming and relaxing (I definitely smelled lavender). The chairs are top notch and there are tons of options and settings to get the proper adjustments for your back, shoulders and neck. For $18 this cant be beat and I will definitely be back for the upgraded pedicure. If you are hesitant come in and try the express for $18. From there form your own judgement on whether you return or not. I know I will! So happy to have this addition to our neighborhood. I know we have a ton of salons but this one is top notch! read more

I moved here from out of state and this has been the best nail salon. They're always accepting walk ins, complimentary drinks are SO GOOD. We got mimosas, margaritas, iced coffee SOOO GOOD. The service is wonderful. They will do your nails and toes at the same time if you want. So peaceful and quiet. I love this place! They even wax my lip and brows for me and do a wonderful job every time! Prices are also lower than a lot of places around. read more

This was my second time trying this nail shop and honestly they don't give the quality work they should for the price you pay. The first time my dip nails were not the best i did not take pics of it but i said sure let me try it again. The customer service is outstanding but the nail techs do rush the job and also don't use the best quality products. I will attach pictures of my nails to this review. It's only been 4-5 days from the service the gloss is almost completely gone. You can tell one index finger nail is longer than the other, again the service was rushed i could tell from the start. I even had to go back in just right after so they could apply more top coat and she rushed that as well and left bubbles on my thumb it's hard to tell on the picture. Long story short it's not worth it at all for the price, you expect great quality service and products when paying a little more than usual. I don't recommend this nail shop if you want quality work done. read more

I've been to Bisou Nail Lounge consistently every other week since their soft opening! I've brought my husband, step daughters, mom, & sisters here. We've all consistently had great experiences. Hands down the best price for quality of service in the Richmond area. The salon is beautiful, always friendly staff & tons of colors to choose from. Full bar also (when I'm not pregnant anymore I'll be utilizing that feature as well!). read more

Very awkward place, where no one listens to anything you want. It's very annoying how people tries to "Upsale" instead of reading the damn paper you wrote on. Guy managing also puts a weird vibe when you are paying and he hovers over you like you him a massage. Skip read more

If there was a zero stars I would have picked that. Terrible service. Nails popping up and off after 6 days. Communication was awful. Daughter wanted red with snowflakes and left with red and some ugly sticker. Seriously do not go here. Awful. read more

Very disappointing and expensive. Came here because I saw the $18 pedicure sign. When I checked in I told the front desk I wanted the pedicure advertised, she said okay classic pedicure and I agreed. BIG MISTAKE. The pedicure was fine, nothing to write home about but when they pulled the scrub and the hot stones out I got worried I was being taken for a ride. I asked this is the basic and no one answered they just kept speaking in their language. The dip manicure was mediocre and the lady doing it kept trying to get me to get tips put on. I kept saying no but you could tell she was just rushing once I said no. Cuticles weren't addressed (extra charge they said). Everything was an up charge and they push for you to get these when in other salons they would be included. Won't be coming back. read more

I received a text messaged from them today advertising 50% all pedicures "no appointments, walk-in only. Close at 7pm." I get there at 4:30. There's about 7 people in there getting their nails done. An employee asks me if I have an appointment and I say no.... because the text they're advertising literally says "no appointments. Walk in only." And she says today is not a good day, come back tomorrow. It's literally 4:30pm, 2.5 hours before they close... and they advertised walk ins welcome NO appointments. I understand if it's busy, they could have asked me if I wanted to wait or not, but the employee basically said we can't help you today. So, no I won't come back tomorrow. I'll take my service somewhere else. Don't send texts advertising one thing, and then when people get there it's a whole other story. read more

Disgusting place - I went in to get a Pedicure and they offer drinks when your seated. Anyways long story short I asked for a mimosa and the older lady the works the front desk must of had a bad day but there was Absolutely no Excuse for them to be so blatantly disrespectful. As she is making my drink she, literally one hand on my cup and one hand on the bottle, she intentionally bends over and coughs in my drink. I am watching her do this act!! I'm watching them as they make the drinks right in the front! She starts whispering In Vietnamese, and they're shocked that I saw them. Then this lady still tried to hand me this dirty drink. They admitted to this and apologized... she's lucky I didn't file a police complaint as she intentionally did it this! read more

Updated review- I called to book an appointment and was informed the old staff is no longer there but the new techs are " way better" I proceeded. Showed up chose the 50 some dollar pedi and shellac. The woman doing my pedicure was having to be schooled as the did the pedicure as if it was her first time. Hands and feet being worked in and it was awful! At this point I request no polish just finish up ASAP and let me leave. The owner comes asking why. I just told her I was not satisfied and would still pay but just couldn't see it getting any better. She went to explain how the old staff is collecting unemployment that's why everyone was new began to yell at the techs - it was a nightmare ! read more

So I booked an appointment over the phone and it really looked like a bougie place so I thought they were going to do a good job I paid $70 for these nails you can literally see the plastic tip that's glued onto my nail I asked her for a lighter nude and she put a clear bead on my nail and it's only been one day and three of my nails have cracks in them and I don't even do anything crazy usually my sets last me from anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks and it's only The second day I've had these nails they're so flimsy and they look like I could've gotten them done in a cheap area I definitely don't recommend going there read more
