Service was absolutely terrible. They make up prices as they do your nails when their menu pricing says something totally different. My nails didn't even come out cute, bulky, paint all on the sides of my nails and cut me 2x. Came to have a good time with my girl friends and came out to be a terrible experience for us. $90 for nails is ridiculous!! Came in today to give it a try. They were offering an express $18 pedicure. My favorite go to place was recently sold and just about everyone left so I have been trying to find another good place. Spent $50-$60 at so many other places to not be happy with the service provided so when I saw the $18 express special I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did! The inside is absolutely stunning to look at. Very soothing and elegant salon. A ton of my favorites from my old place are here which is an extra bonus! Lynn (a tech from my previous favorite place) was here and did my pedicure. She was polite and very professional. My toes were done beautifully and well. I was offered a shoulder/ warmer with herbs in it for calming and relaxing (I definitely smelled lavender). The chairs are top notch and there are tons of options and settings to get the proper adjustments for your back, shoulders and neck. For $18 this cant be beat and I will definitely be back for the upgraded pedicure. If you are hesitant come in and try the express for $18. From there form your own judgement on whether you return or not. I know I will! So happy to have this addition to our neighborhood. I moved here from out of state and this has been the best nail salon. They're always accepting walk ins, complimentary drinks are SO GOOD. We got mimosas, margaritas, iced coffee SOOO GOOD. The service is wonderful. They will do your nails and toes at the same time if you want. So peaceful and quiet. I love this place! This was my second time trying this nail shop and honestly they don't give the quality work they should for the price you pay. The first time my dip nails were not the best i did not take pics of it but i said sure let me try it again. The customer service is outstanding but the nail techs do rush the job and also don't use the best quality products. I will attach pictures of my nails to this review. It's only been 4-5 days from the service the gloss is almost completely gone. You can tell one index finger nail is longer than the other, again the service was rushed i could tell from the start. I even had to go back in just right after so they could apply more top coat and she rushed that as well and left bubbles on my thumb it's hard to tell on the picture. Long story short it's not worth it at all for the price, you expect great quality service and products when paying a little more than usual. I don't recommend this nail shop if you want quality work done. read more

Very disappointing and expensive. Came here because I saw the $18 pedicure sign. When I checked in I told the front desk I wanted the pedicure advertised, she said okay classic pedicure and I agreed. BIG MISTAKE. The pedicure was fine, nothing to write home about but when they pulled the scrub and the hot stones out I got worried I was being taken for a ride. I asked this is the basic and no one answered they just kept speaking in their language. The dip manicure was mediocre and the lady doing it kept trying to get me to get tips put on. I kept saying no but you could tell she was just rushing once I said no. Cuticles weren't addressed (extra charge they said). Everything was an up charge and they push for you to get these when in other salons they would be included. Won't be coming back. read more

An employee asks me if I have an appointment and I say no.... because the text they're advertising literally says "no appointments. Walk in only." And she says today is not a good day, come back tomorrow. It's literally 4:30pm, 2.5 hours before they close... and they advertised walk ins welcome NO appointments. I understand if it's busy, they could have asked me if I wanted to wait or not, but the employee basically said we can't help you today. So, no I won't come back tomorrow. I'll take my service somewhere else. Don't send texts advertising one thing, and then when people get there it's a whole other story. read more

Updated review- I called to book an appointment and was informed the old staff is no longer there but the new techs are " way better" I proceeded. Showed up chose the 50 some dollar pedi and shellac. The woman doing my pedicure was having to be schooled as the did the pedicure as if it was her first time. Hands and feet being worked in and it was awful! At this point I request no polish just finish up ASAP and let me leave. The owner comes asking why. I just told her I was not satisfied and would still pay but just couldn't see it getting any better. She went to explain how the old staff is collecting unemployment that's why everyone was new began to yell at the techs - it was a nightmare ! read more

So I booked an appointment over the phone and it really looked like a bougie place so I thought they were going to do a good job I paid $70 for these nails you can literally see the plastic tip that's glued onto my nail I asked her for a lighter nude and she put a clear bead on my nail and it's only been one day and three of my nails have cracks in them and I don't even do anything crazy usually my sets last me from anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks and it's only The second day I've had these nails they're so flimsy and they look like I could've gotten them done in a cheap area I definitely don't recommend going there read more

I received the worst service I have ever gotten. They cut my hands all up, didn't shape my nails as I requested - they are all different. They cut my toe nails too short and my feet hurt for days. They are under new management and it apparently they owned a torture room before. I had been a client for several years but will never go back. Lastly it is worth mentioning, the lady gave me powder choices then another one came and said that it was dip. It is the same stuff! They wouldn't let me have the color I want.
